Yoongi and Tae were walking home from the cafe. "So how's your mom! Is she doing well? I miss her cooking. I wish someone would make me something homemade." Yoongi scoffed. "My mom is doing well. I can't believe she missed you more than me." Taehyung grinned. "Maybe it's because I'm your moms favorite." Yoongi lightly punches Tae in the arm. "I'm the favorite, don't ever forget."

Tae and Yoongi arrive at the park. It's been a while since they've been there. They sit at the bench and Tae runs his fingers over the marks they have left on the bench. "TaeTae and Genius Min forever!!" Taehyung smiles slightly. "Remember when we wrote this? I can't believe we are still here after 18 years." Tae and Yoongi were best friends since they were 3. They lived across from each other, and were always near each other.

"How could I forget? You practically forced me to write my name here. Can't believe I was friends with such a loser." Yoongi laughed as Taehyung scoffed and tilted his head. "I'm I still a loser?" Taehyung looked hurt. Yoongi suddenly panicked. "Oh, I'm sorry tae, I didn't mean it like that, you know I'd never-" Yoongi was suddenly cut off with the laughter of Tae. "I'm sorry. It's just- you should have seen your face!"

Taehyung could barely speak due to the fact that he was practically rolling on the ground. Yoongi punched Taes arm. Taehyung tilted his head up to face Yoongi and grinned. "Now who's the loser?"

(A/N: Insert gay Yoongi panicking)

"Don't do that dumb ass I thought I did hurt your feelings." "Hey! No swearing!" Tae suddenly pulled out a jar. "Oh god, don't tell me you do what Jin used to do!" Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, and Kim Taehyung were close in high school. Jin and Namjoon were high school sweethearts and got married last fall. Tae and Yoongi decided to do art together. And everyone went their own ways after high school. Jin and Namjoon's wedding was the last time they were together.

"I practically went broke because of Jin. He's probably sitting on all my cash right now." "Maybe you wouldn't have gone broke if you didn't curse so much." Tae holds out the jar and shakes it. "Are you serious?" Yoongi takes a seat next to Tae on the bench. Taehyung nods his head. "Ugh, fine." Yoongi takes out $1 from his pocket and puts it in the jar.

Taehyung put the jar away and took a deep breath. He stared at the open green field. "Hey Yoongi." "Hm?" "Do you miss your childhood?" "What do you mean?" "Like do you miss the younger you?" Yoongi paused for a moment. "No." Taehyung darted his eyes at Yoongi in confusion.

"Why?" "Well younger me was pretty dumb. I didn't always make the best choices, I wasn't always the smartest kid in the class, I didn't listen to my parents." Yoongi ruffled his hair. "I was pretty fucked up back then." Yoongi took out a dollar and practically shoved it into Tae who then added it to the jar.

" Would you go back and change things?" Added Tae, a bit confused on Yoongi's choice. "No. If I changed anything at all I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't have ended up like this. I wouldn't be sitting on this bench right now, and I wouldn't be friends with you. That-" There was a pause.

"That doesn't sound to bad if I think about it" "Hey!" Taehyung pushed Yoongi while he laughed at his joke. "But honestly I wouldn't change a thing. They help me shaped into the person I am today, and I wouldn't change that for the world."

Taehyung looked back at the field. He saw images of fetus Yoongi and him running across the field, moments where they played tag, ran around in circles, played hide and go seek, laying in the grass until dark. Memories. Things that happened where he wishes time would stop.

"I miss my old self." Yoongi looked at him. "Well that's normal for you. You still wanna be a kid, old habits die hard." Taehyung puts his head on his friend's shoulder. They both take in the view.

"You know Yoongi. I think god brought us together to be- bromates." Yoongi scoffs. "That sounds so gay." "Whatever." "Lets go home." Yoongi was about to get up when he feels a tug.

"Let's stay here, just 5 more minutes." Yoongi sighed and sat back down. Tae rested his head on Yoongi's shoulder, and Yoongi put his head on Tae's. They watch the sun set, together, for the first time in a long time. And everything felt at peace.

Yoongi and Tae arrive at Yoongis place. Taehyung lets jungkook know that he won't be home. Then Tae texted: "Hey did you finish cleaning up the living room?" Which jungkook replied with a picture of himself in which you could see the living room, spotless. Jungkook added under the picture: "You could never." Tae smirked. He sent back: "You did great, play some more games if you'd like, but don't stay up too late."

Taehyung turned off his phone and put it on the table, and walked to the couch. He sat down and read the back of a movie. "Until Dawn"

(A/N it's the game but I chose to turn it into a movie 🤠)

Yoongi came out of the room with his black tank top and black sweatpants. He tossed Tae a red shirt and black sweatpants. "Put this on." Tae took off his shirt and put on the red one. Yoongi went to the closet to go grab a cover. Tae then took off his pants and put on the sweatpants. He folded his clothes and put them away.

Tae Then joined Yoongi on the couch. They watched a movie. (SPOILERS AHEAD FOR UNTIL DAWN) They where sitting on the couch, both trying to decide who the "killer" is. "I think it has to be someone from the group." Tae says as he paused the movie. "Well of course it has to be, who in their right minds would go up to a mountain and decide to "look around" that doesn't sound smart."

Tae looked at Yoongi. "Then who do you think it is?" "Personally, I think it's Josh." "Why would it be Josh? He's dead remember?" "When Alex was walking around in the basement she saw something about using pigs blood in order to fake a death. Maybe Josh staged all that up. I mean he clearly must be messed up. His own sisters died and he couldn't do anything about it. The reason why they died is because the friends decided to play some stupid prank. Josh was so drunk he didn't know what to do with himself. Would you go back to the mountain your sister died at?"

Tae looks at Yoongi with such awe. "Yoongi! That was amazing! How did you solve it out like that?!" Yoongi smiled at the compliment. "I'm just good with detail, and I get it. Josh needs help. He blames himself because of the alcohol. Then blames the alcohol."

Taehyung grabs the remote and pressed play. Chris and Ashley were tied up to the chair. They were stuck, and then saw a man with a mask approach them. Taehyung quickly grabs Yoongi's hand out of panic, and Yoongi squeezes his hand.

Then the masked man pulls off his mask to reveal.

Josh.

"WHAT?! Yoongi you're a genius." Yoongi sighs. "I guess the only reason why I knew it was Josh is because I could relate to him."

"WaiT you tried to kill people before?!" "What no, I'm saying I blamed myself and alcohol and drugs for the littlest things and made a big deal out of nothing."

Tae grabbed both of Yoongi's hands. "You're not alone Yoongi, I'm still here for you, remember?" In unison the boys say "always and forever Taegi" "gosh I hated that" Yoongi says shaking his head with a smirk.

"Oh come on, don't ruin my poor childhood memories. But really Yoongi, if you ever need anything I'll be here for you." And with that Tae hugged Yoongi and said "You're my best friend." Yoongi embraced Tae and took a deep breath. "Yea, friend."

Ok so I like how I said this is vmin yet I'm throwing all this taegi at you 🤠🤠 but I felt the need to do that because Taes relationship with Yoongi changes for better or for worse later on in the story and I felt like if you didn't know this you'd be lost so. 🥴 anyways. I'm unsure on how I'm gonna continue but I know it's gonna suck.
