Part:38

Gauri(coming out of car): acha, to main chalti hoon...

Om(he also came out of the car): phir kab miloge?

Gauri(smiled and looked at him): jab tum kahoge...

Om: jumme raat ko??

Gauri: han han aadhi raat ko...

Om(leaning on the car): kaha?

Gauri: vahiii....jaha koi,, aata jata hi nahi... acha to hum chalte hai...

They both laughed at their own antics. 

Gauri: acha bye, (hugged him) kal milte hai...

Om(she tried to broke the hug but he pulled her again): mat jao na...

Gauri(smiled): Ommm,, tum bhi na...chodo mujhe...

Om(breaking the hug): yaar...chalo na kahi chalte hai...

Gauri: abhi?? nahi Om,, 10 baj gaye hai...kal office bhi jana hai...

Om: acha thik hai par next sunday tumhe mere saath aana padega...

Gauri: kaha?

Om: vo surprise hai...(winked at her) acha ab jao...bye..

Gauri: bye...

Next day(Sharma Industries):

Gauri went to Om's cabin but he was not there, Khanna told her that he is in Ishana's room so she went there. But before she could enter she looked inside from the glass and stood still at her place after looking the sight in front of her. Ishana and Om were talking something. The next second she sat on her knees with ring in her hand. Gauri looked at Om's expression while he was smiling. Ishana started speaking something which was looking like she is proposing him. There was a diamond box also in her hand in which a ring was there. 

After she completed speaking Om spoke something and nodded his head in positive, while she jumped in joy. The facial expression of Gauri's face changed. Still she didn't believed what she just witnessed. She was going towards the door but Ishana's next step startled her. She took the ring from the box and make Om wear it and then hugged him. Om also reciprocated the hug. Gauri stood there still without moving an inch from her place. Ishana's office was not near work place so no one noticed them as well as Gauri.

Unknown to her, her eyes welled up. She felt tears on her both cheeks and then they never stopped. She felt like someone has stabbed her heart with knife several time. She took a step back, then another and it continued till her back hit the wall. She was looking at Om's happy face who cupped Ishana's face and kissed her on forehead. 

She remembered her moments with Om, he had the same happiness which he has now. But how can this even possible?? Was he double crossing her? Or he loves Ishana from starting and that's why he hasn't confessed to her yet. Was he doing acting all the time? But he is a good person...her hear screamed. Then why he was doing all these? She was in big dilemma.She composed herself and went to her cabin after wiping her tears. She told Ridhima to not disturb her and sat on her chair thinking something. 

Gauri's pov: dekh Gauri, shanti se soach...jaldi jaldi mein koi faisla mat le...(she calmed herself and leaned on the chair.) It's of no use to talk with him directly, because that way he'll not tell me the truth about Ishana and his relationship...that way he'll try to hide it if he was double crossing him. Aur agar main usse directly baat karungi aur vo confess karega ki vo Ishana se pyaar karta hai to main use apne pyaar k bare mein nahi bata paungi...the best way is I have to propose him. maine jo dekha vo shayad galat ho sakta hai...aur agar main use propose karungi to ek teer se teen nishan ho jayenge...ye sahi hai, main use aaj hi propose karungi...

Then she remembered Bhavya's words: dekh, tu der mat karna, otherwise koi aur use le jayega... again her eyes welled up, how much she tried to be calm, her heart was not calm at all. There was tsunami of questions in her mind. While her heart was not ready to accept what she just witnessed. She decided to propose him today itself.

Om(with heavy voice): dekho Gauri, I know kuch time k liye hum dono kareeb aa gaye the aur vo feeling sayad tumhe pyaar lagne lagi par...par aisa kuch nahi hai...main tumse pyaar nahi karta, aur na kabhi karta tha...in fact I'm in love with Ishana. Bas hamare bich kuch misunderstanding and differences the jo ab dur ho chuke hai...sayad tum mujse payaar karti ho but main nahi...ho sake to mujhe maaf kar dena.

So guys, finally an update after ten long days. I know you all must be angry on me but please forgive me,,, I am facing writer's block so not able to update regularly. But will try to update next chapter soon. Keep reading and supporting me.
