Snow White and the seven dwarfs came out in the late 1937 and it instantly became a Disney classic, but what you might not know is that this story originated from Grimm's fairytales. There is a very dark twist at the end of this fairytale.
The Grimm version of Snow white: The fairytale Start's of with Snow White being born. She was a baby with skin so fair and white so her mother (the good queen) named her Snow white.

Unfortunately Snow White's mother dies and the king marries a cruel, wicked woman and then mysteriously the king dissapers. The new Queen has a magic mirror, which she asks "mirror, mirror on the wall, whose the fairest of them all?". The mirror always replied, " My Queen you are the most fairest of them all".

One day, the Queen asked the mirror the same question and it replied, "My Queen you are the fairest, were so true, but Snow White is a thousand times more beautiful than you". The queen was outraged so she sent a huntsman to take Snow white into the woods and kill her.

The huntsman takes Snow white into the forest, she pleads for her life, he let's her go. Snow white wanders through the forest until she finds a cottage owned by seven dwarfs. The dwarfs come home and find her asleep and they let her stay in exchange for doing housework.

When the queen asks the mirror whose the fairest of the land and it replied " My Queen, you are the Fairest in the land but but snow white beyond the mountains, by the seven dwarfs is a thousand times more beautiful than you. This angers the queen and she makes several attempts to kill Snow white.
The Queen's final attempt to kill Snow white is by giving her a poisoned Apple. The dwarfs could by save Snow White so they put her in a glass casket under the belief that she is dead.

The prince comes across snow white and he falls in love with her. The dwarfs let the prince have the coffin. On the way to the castle his servants who were carrying the coffin tripled and the apple piece was dislodged from her throat.They planned a wedding together.

The Queen attends the wedding and realizes that the woman marrying the prince is Snow white and she is filled with rage. As the Queen's punishment for her dread actions against Snow White, she was forced to wear a pair of tipped hot iron shoes and dances until she drops dead.
