favourite girls (headcanon)

• ok so we all know how much this boy loves tessa right

• I feel like when you tell him you're scared of dogs, he'd be kinda disappointed at first

• cause he was super excited for you to meet her when you two started dating

• but he'd of course be understanding cause he's such a fucking gentleman and a sweetheart

• whenever you come over to his place he'd either keep her in his room or have one of his brothers take her with them

• you feel kinda bad because you know how much he cares about her

• but he'd comfort you by telling you that he doesn't want you to feel uncomfortable

• ugh my hEART

• he'd try to help you overcome your fear by taking it step by step

• like he'd try to figure out why you've grown to be afraid of dogs and stuff

• he'd make such a huge effort

• cause he really wants his two girls to finally meet

• but he obviously wouldn't pressure you into doing something you don't want to do

• "now I know blue staffies are considered to be dangerous dogs, which is not true, it's not the case. they are not agressive, she's the sweetest, most angelic thing you'll ever meet"

• anyway so one day he'd ask you if you're ready to meet tess

• and for some reason he's so nervous about it

• because he doesn't want you to feel pressured or anything

• so he'd stumble in his own words while saying "do you think you're ready? to meet tessa, I mean. it's totally okay if you aren't, I'm just-"

• "I think I am" you chuckle as you cut him off

• he'd smile so big it warms your heart

• so one day you go over to his house and sit on the couch

• he'd go to his room where tessa is and grab her in his arms

• and of course he can't help but kiss her head

• he'd walk back into the living room and slowly walk towards you

• "okay so I'm holding her because she'd probably run over to you and lick your entire face" he chuckles "that's how friendly she is, you good?" he asks with concerned eyes

• you barely nod your head, trying to control your nerves

• even though you knew it'd be hard, you really wanted to do this

• because you don't think it's fair on tom to keep his own dog away from him when you two are together

• "just tell me if you feel anxious or anything, okay love?"

• "I will" tom gives you a small smile as he slowly comes closer to you until he's finally sitting on the other end of the couch

• "now do you see that girl, princess? that's my beautiful girlfriend" he'd say to tess in his cute baby voice "we like her, a lot. so no rough games until you get to know each other, okay?"

• you'd laugh at tom and he'd raise his eyebrows in a playful way, pretending to be offended

• but in reality the way he talks to her makes your knees go weak

• if this doesn't happen to you I'm sorry but you my friend aren't human

• he'd look at you with expectant eyes "you can stroke her if you want, i promise she won't do anything"

• you'd hesitantly get closer to them and stretch your arm out to stroke tessa's head

• freaking out a little on the inside, but you were determined to do this

• tom would notice you nervousness and give you a motivating smile

• you'd smile back at him before finally stroking her fur

• it'd feel weird at first because the last time you had touched a dog was years ago

• "you good?" tom would ask, still holding tessa in his arms. you'd nod your head while still stroking her "see? there's no need to be scared of her"

• you'd keep on stroking her head for a few seconds and tom would just smile at you

• "ready for me to put her down?"

• "i think i am" you nod and sigh heavily

• once tom puts her on the floor, she's quick to climb up to the couch again while wagging her tail excitedly and strats licking your face

• to your and tom's surprise you aren't freaking out in the slightest

• you're actually handling the situation pretty well

• "thanks for helping me get over my fear" you mutter under your breath

• "no problem, darling. anything for you" he'd answer with a smirk plastered on his lips

• a few minutes pass and you're just casually stroking her hair while talking to her in a ridiculous baby voice

• which makes tom's heart literally melt

• he'd smile lovingly at the two of you before saying "i knew my favourite girls would kick it off right away"
