"The last few days have been pretty shitty." I muttered under my breath while my hands absentmindedly rummaged through my purse, finding my lighter so I could have a smoke. Mark made a face at me, specifically towards the blunt I was currently letting hang halfway out of my mouth.

"Don't start, Mark." I groaned and he just rolled his eyes nonchalantly.
"I'm not." He sighed and I just glared at him.

"This is my way of relaxing, god... Why can't you respect that? " I seethed and he just turned to me with smirk.
"Yeah. If you call setting fire to your insides... Fun~" he scoffed and I took a deep breath.
"You're just mad that you can't drink anymore. Just because you can't relax, don't mean you can kill my vibe." I spoke with the cig in my mouth, holding my lighter to it and setting it ablaze.

"Yeah. Well, I realized that when you do those things you are slowly hurting yourself. Maybe you should let me show you how I relax nowadays." He said as he pulled me by my the hand. His strong hand grasping mine made my face heat up. I always had a huge crush on Mark, but I'm very good at hiding my feelings, so he never really knew.

After awhile I dragging me behind him, we stopped at a cliff with a railing. We could see the whole area of downtown Los Angeles from a birds eye view. It was amazing. The sunset was just starting and the colors that spread through the sky looked like watercolors being blended into a beautiful painting.

"Wow~" I whispered and Mark glanced at me with that same beautiful smirk.
"Cool, isn't it?" He deeply spoke, the deepness of his voice sending shivers up my spine.
"Y-yeah~" my artistic side was taking over. Mark stared in awe at my expression, as if he was seeing the most beautiful thing.

He neared closer to me, his face just a breath away.
I began to blush very hard, but my body wouldn't budge.
"You're so beautiful when you have that sparkle in your eye." He deeply spoke as he neared me even more.
I swallowed involuntarily, but my body was on autopilot, my head began turning his way, it was as if are faces was being forced towards each other by some kind of gravitational pull.

Before I knew it, my lips we're pressed against his soft ones. His hands suddenly rested on the sides of my head and jaw as he began to move his lips against mine sensually.
My eyes fell shut, slowly, and I began drifting away into the kiss.

After a few minutes, Mark slowly pulled away, breaking the kiss. The sun was about to be out of sight and it was getting very dark. I cleared my throat, Mark cleared his as well while looking at he ground, his face red.

"U-uhm~ I-I don't... "
"Let's just enjoy the rest of the sunset. We'll talk about that later." He muttered as he turned his face, not wanting me to see his red face. My face felt as if it was burning off, I was blushing so hard. I dropped my cigarette on the ground, stomping it out, not even wanting to smoke at the moment because of the shivers and butterflies I was feeling in my tummy. I wanted to bathe in this feeling for awhile.

It felt very nice to know that the man I love, apparently has feelings for me too. I smiled to myself as I watched the sunset, scooting closer to Mark as the air grew colder.
