Sol
"Happy Birthday dear Sol, happy birthday to yoooooouuuuuuuu!" Everyone clapped as I blew out my candles. "Happy 12th birthday sweetheart." Mom said, giving me a kiss on the forehead. "Thanks momma." Dad nudged Mom and momma understood. "Follow me Sol." Mom walked away and I followed right behind her. She led me outside to the backyard. "This is where I learned to use it, and soon it'll be time for you." Mom turned around and held out her wand to me. I stared at it. "You're a little younger than I was, but in order for you to fulfill your prophecy, you must begin training." I grabbed the wand and it flashed bright as it began to transform. It was half yellow, half black with a sun and moon crystal. "It's so...beautiful!" I giggled. Mom smiled, then became serious. "Alright, now it's time to start training."
There was more to that chapter, but we wouldn't want to spoil it all would we? Well, here's an event that happens near the end of the trilogy. Hope you guys enjoyed this little sneak peek and I promise the story's release.
