The Idols Mate// BTS ff \\

Prologue

I started skipping as fast as I could towards the house. to get there I had to pass by all the tiny shops that I go by everyday.

"Hi Mrs. song" i shouted as I ran past the flower shop. The old lady tilted her head up and nodded at me with a smile.

Today was the day that I moved to the city, and as you can probably tell I'm excited. Ok not just  excited... I was skipping... and trust me I don't skip.

I passed by the only electronics store in the whole town to watch the recent news. It said that there was a new rising Kpop group named BTS that had gotten many awards already and was famous in many countries around the world. 

and may I just say... THESE MEN ARE FINE AS FALAFEL but whatever not like I was gonna have anything to do with them.

I continued down the road and got to the edge of the town and started into the woods. I followed the usual path up to the house going along the trees and ground that I knew so well. I passed by several animals on the way but they never seemed to mind me. In fact, one could say I was like any other animal to them

Eventually I reached the house to see my grandma on the porch sipping her tae

cough cough* I mean tea

She looked up at me with her eyebrows furrowed. I knew what was coming

"y/n where in the mighty jesus were you? You do know your bus leaves in like 15 minutes." she yelled.

"Sorry Grammy, I was saying goodbye to everyone and didn't see the time"

"hurry up you brat, be ready to go in five minutes before I whoop your little behind" she threatened

I tried not to laugh as I walked past her into our tiny house to get my bags. When i got to my room I saw my little puppy sleeping on my bed waiting for me. I stroked his fur lightly so he didn't wake up

"Goodbye Ozzy"

I took my already packed bags and walked out of my room. I felt sad leaving grandma and Ozzy but I knew they would be fine without me... especially grandma, she had taken care of me since my parents died when I was seven so I knew she was pretty capable. I mean that lady could probably beat up a whole gang even at this age.

I sighed at the thought of her standing on a pile of knocked out bodies.

I headed outside where my grandma sat watching the trees and plants in the woods.

"I'm ready to go grandma"

"Darn right you are, if you weren't I would have busted your sorry butt all the way up this mountain." she said

I smiled at her

"jesus grandma, you do know Im leaving today right? no need to be so harsh"

We both laughed. we knew we wouldn't see each other in a while. I knew I'd miss her even if she was a pain in the arse.

We started to head down the mountain. we reached the bus stop and she glanced over at me.

"If you don't survive in the city don't come crying home to me alright." she said

she spoke harshly but I could tell she was sad I was leaving

"Of course grandma"

I hugged her goodbye as the bus came.

"I love you" I said

"I love you too you brat"

I stepped onto the bus and got a seat. The bus started to move and I watched my grandma disappear into the distance. I saw the town I grew up in pass by as I sat silently waiting for it to disappear as well.

I suddenly got drowsy as the small town was left behind me and I fell asleep.
