Love between kids may always have there ways in to your heart. What happens if you forget your whole life and remember no one. And have to go back to school with the ones you forgot.
The weeks that came after the dance has been peaceful me and Colt has been hanging out and getting to know each other and lots of kissing and groping has occurred. It has been great. Peaceful and I'm more content for all that. I'm finally getting to be a teenager and I'm finally getting to live my life for me. Tank and Si had been really distant. But I assume it's the calm before the storm and I'm just waiting for that to happen.
**** In a few days it's Thanksgiving vacation and me and Annie and Colt are going to see my gram and pop . Then me and Colt are going to his parents.
Today's the last day of school before break. And I'm rushing to get ready because I nearly over slept. Running and throwing on whatever I found first ended me in a pair of skinny jeans and my vans and a cold play t shirt. Hair in a messy bun and a dab of make up and a spray of my Victoria secret love spell and I'm good to go.
Rushing out the door to my car and on to school. It's one of those fuck my life days you know?.. in 5 minutes I was pulling in and I was late. Rushing though the halls I got to my locker and got my books and Bam dropped everyone of them. Under my breath I kept repeating FML FML FML. Yeah this day couldn't get worse when someone comes in to view and is helping pick up my books. It was Tank with a sweet smile he helped put them in my bag." I like you like this you know." He says. " How a complete mess." I reply. "Well.. yeah. Real not a fake person you hide behind. just saying." He said and turned and walked away.
Finally sitting in English with Silas staring as I walked in. But now my mind is some place between learning the reason behind "The Scarlet Letter". And the difference between old me and the new one. It's been kind of peaceful lately but I'm not sure that I actually am happy just content with life. Maybe I haven't been myself.
" She looks like a hobo.. what does Colt see in her?" A minion named Heather one of Veronicas lackys. I look at her sideways and catch Silas looking pissed. " She looks fucking awesome. " He replied to the bitchy bitch. I smiled at him and he nodded and dropped his head. Recently he'd look atme and drop his head or turn it so I am not in view. Why he didn't want to talk to me had me baffled. But I did tell him to leave me alone along with Tank few weeks ago. So I brought this on my self the only ones that truly knew me I pushed away.
After class I met up with Colt and Lillian for lunch. Me and Colt sit very closely and his arms wrapped around my waist. " Want to come to my place after school" he whispered in my ear. I nod at him. " I got Gotham waiting to pick up where we left off." he whispered. My body quivered not by his words but by his lips that brushed against my ear. " You look beautiful by the way." Still whispering. I smirked at him. " Thanks." He smiled saying. " Be my girlfriend?" Still whispering. " Yeah of course" I replied. His smile was so big when he grabbed me kissing me passionately. He hadn't kiss me in public since the dance. Gasps and awes came from around us. I pull away blushing and Lilly and me met eyes and she smiled. I looked around the cafeteria embrassed at all the looks we were getting and the death glare from Veronica. " What are you guys staring at? Ant I allowed to kiss my girlfriend." Colt blurts out I bit my lip. And my face was as red as a tomato when I looked back to him when everyone adverted their eyes besides Vee, Tank and Si. They don't look to happy. I feel their death Stares on the back of my head causing me to glance at them. Tank looks pissed he hops up grabbing a hoe on his way out and Si just drops his heads sighing. And Vee is now approaching us.
"Can I help you?" I snap out. " Yeah you could stop with my sloppy seconds to begin with." She said trying to be sassy with her final word complete with a snap. Making me laugh out at her. " Fucking for real bitch. To my knowledge you went for the one I loved since I was little. and if I heard correct after my accident you slept with Tank too. So what your saying is you take my sloppy seconds and Colt here can't stand your fake ass so go ahead and go play with your minions because I'm done talking to you." I snapped. To be a smart ass I added a snap at my last words. She gaped ate a few seconds when I said " your excused now lil girl go away." And she stormed off in the direction towards where Tank had mintues earlier.
When the bell sounds I stand up getting my bag and lace my fingers with Colt and exit the cafeteria. Tank and Veronica was have a heavy talk. Sounds interesting when I get to my locker a fe feet away Colt still by my side. I hear Tank say. " She said that?" And vee agree to his statement. With that my locker door shuts in my face. And I'm grabbed and pulled away from Colt who desperately tried to catch my arm. I tell him I'm fine and I'd catch him in class he hestantly agree and walked away once in the court yard near the cars Tank pulls me in the woods next to them. Sitting at a picnic table pulling me beside him. " I didn't sleep with Veronica." Was his first words. " I kinda figured that..." I say smirking. " Wow and your sure you have truly changed Rae." He said also smirking. " Bitch said I wanted her sloppy seconds." I replied. " So you don't want me Rae? I'm hurt..." He said jokingly. " Not if your life counted on it." I said . " You sure." He said skidding closer. My face is now on fire. Taking a deep breath to get myself under control. " Positive" I say. " Try lying to someone who didn't spend most of their time since kindergarten with you Rae." He says. I sigh and drop my head. He puts his fingers under my chin and lifts my face. Eyes connecting with his that's filled with lust. He looks at my lips before saying breathlessly." Fuck it." His mouth was on mine and it took a minute before I knew what was happening and my body was responding. I was kissing him back he lick my bottom lip alil wanting entrance. My lips part and his tongue massaged mine and I felt like my body was jello. I kissed him more passionately. My body is now on fire and I didn't want it to stop. He pulled away and leaned his forehead to mine. " Damn Rae. You don't know what you do to me." He says his head still against mine and alil breathlessly. " You broke my heart." I say sadly. " You don't know the story behind it all Raelyn. " He said sadly. Breaking my heart. " I've got time Tank. Hit me with it." I said . " That day at the tree house I was just chilling waiting for you when Megan came in and ask if she could borrow a bandaid because she fell and was bleeding. I helped her and then she started to kiss me and I did get carried away I was 13 for fucksakes. So yeah. But I have regretted it since that day and I did push her away." He said my heart broke and he continues. "She apologized saying that Silas and Veronica was telling her to do it of she wanted to be friends with them. So she did." He dropped his eyes and walked backwards away. " I couldn't tell you because you got hurt and forgot me and left me. God Raelyn Jade Swift I fucking love you." He said turning away. I'm baffled. " Tank I'll talk to you later ok." I said walking towards the school. He grabbed my arm in the court yard. " I'm sorry. Please say your not mad at me Rae." He said breathing Hard after chasing me. I must've been walking fastly.
" We're good Tank. I need to see your brother." I snapped he released my arm and I walked in as the bell sounded and the halls filled with people. I walk up to Silas grabbing his shirt and push him away from the crowd to the band room that I knew was empty.
" Rae what the fuck." He says as I shut the door behind us.
" Shut up. I'm gonna talk and your gonna listen and be completely honest with me ok." He nodded in agreement.
