For this tutorial, we will learn how to make a graphics preview for those out there that have graphics shop or just don't want for people to steal/screenshot their work. You know who you are.

Disclaimer: This is my own style, you are welcome to use, BUT you'll want to make your own type of preview. I've learned it the long and hard way.

Disclaimer 2: If you would like a watermark, I'm happy to make one for you. Please PM me if that's the case.

Enough of that, let's get started.

STEP 1: Open Photoshop (CS6 or CC 2018 is fine) In this tutorial, I'm using CC 2018, since I got a discount as a student ^^;

STEP 2: We're gonna use a 1000 x 800 canvas. Add these numbers:

In case you're using Wattpad offline:

In case you're using Wattpad offline:

Name: [Name of Requester]Pre

Document: Custom

Width: 1000

Height: 800

Resolution: 300

Color Mode: RGB ----> 8 bit

Background: White or Transparent

Then click the OK button when you're done :)

STEP 3: Gather your essentials

-Graphic of some sort (In this case a book cover)

-Watermark (if any)

-Render or .PNG

ADD PIC

STEP 4: Drag all your essentials into the new document either. If you want it easier than that, File > Place (or for CC users Place Embedded).

Make the background the same background you used for your graphic.

If you don't want to, make it a solid color. I recommend pastel colors.
