You're a volunteer at the nearby police station. Mostly you just help file things and look up the occasional case on file. One day you're bored and are looking through case files. You get the idea to look up your name for fun on the online case index. One case pops up. You find it among the older, forgotten cases. It is an old, unsolved case. As you read the file, you come across a picture of the victim and the info on them and you're shocked. The picture is of you. As age-worn and faded as it is, it is still clearly a picture of you. The info matches as well. The victim, who was the same as you are now, was even born on the same month and day as you.
