Kaira bonded with everyone within minutes.
"Kaira no mischief." Naira looked at Kaira who was busy pulling Naitik's hairs.
"Okay Mumma." Kaira giggled.
Evening 5:30 pm
Naira and Shivani were done with the dance practice. Rajshri and Bhabhi Maa came to Naira.
"Naira Beta." Bhabhi Maa gained her attention.
Naira went to them. They were standing holding some jewellery boxes.
"Jee." Naira looked at them.
"Beta Yeh hamare pushtaini gehne hai. Saath mein Akshara ke gehne hai. Hamaari bahuyon ke liye. Keerti ko humne uske gehne de diye. Yeh tumhaare. Shaadi par kuch nahi de paaye na Kaira ke janam par toh Yeh...." Bhabhi Maa completed.
Naira took the jewellery boxes and went to the temple. She came back as everyone was looking at her confused.
"Jis din aap dil se mujhe bahu maanegi uss din Yeh gehne main Haq se mangungi." Naira spoke.
"Par Beta Hum toh...." Rajshri was cut off by Naira.
"Nani mera Kartik aap logon ke liye aaj bhi Gunehgar hai. Jis din aap sach ko samjhenge aur dil se Kartik ko beta kahenge...mujhe iss ghar ki bahu maanenge. Uss din Main haq se aapse kahungi ki mujhe yeh chahiye mujhe woh chahiye. Lekin tab tak mera iss ghar pe...inn rishton pe...iss ghar cheezon pe koi haq Nahi. Agar meri baat buri lagi ho toh Main maafi chaahti hoon. Par yeh main apni ego satisfy karne ke liye nahi keh rahi. Apne Kartik ki self respect ke liye keh rahi hoon." Naira folded her hands.
Kaira came running to Naira.
"Mumma Mumma Papa ka phone." Kaira gave phone to Naira.
"Kab se?" Naira asked.
"10 minutes Mumma." Kaira spoke.
"Did he hear everything?" Naira looked at the phone and it was a video call.
"Yes I heard everything." Kartik spoke.
Family heard Kartik's voice after almost 12 years. They knew he has grown up a lot. He was a married man and a businessman now. His face his body his mind everything would have changed. May be his heart too. They all thought.
"You reached safely?" Naira asked.
"Yes I just checked in hotel." Kartik informed.
"First go and eat something." Naira told.
"I'm not hungry." Kartik shrugged his shoulders.
"That you are never. I didn't ask you. I told you go and eat." Naira warned.
"Okay I'll eat. Thank you." Kartik smiled.
"For what?" Naira was confused.
"For not accepting anything from them. Just tell them that I have enough money that I can buy gifts for my wife. I don't need anything from them for either you or my Princess. They can give that jewellery to Shivani on her wedding." Kartik was expressionless.
