Walking right behind you
Watching your every move
Guarding as if I own you

Effort, time, and presence
On me, it has taken its toll
But you dont perceive my existence
Still I'm persistent
For a midst affection that I can get
But I look like lunatically insistent
Coz you're so torpid, unable to get
If only I was shining brighter than him
If only I was your man rather than him
