Chapter 9: In Laws

1 month later~~

Soo.. today was the day, I was finally going to meet Gio's whole family.

Today is Monday do we'll be going to Italy and have the wedding on Saturday

Giovanni is filthy rich, he's got about 20 private jets, so we'll be travelling in style

"Okay kitten I've got a surprise waiting for you in the jet bedroom, I know you will love it" he said once we were in the air

I knew he was thinking about something dirty. He pulled me by my hand and we walked inside a beautiful spacious bedroom with a bathroom

So you know we haven't been using protection since we started being intimate

~~~1 hour later~~~

"Was that your surprise? " I asked him

" No this is" he stood up from the bed and went down on one knee

We took a shower together then I changed into a blue floral skirt and a matching long sleeved blue crop top with some heels

"Umm Elena I need to tell you something" he said

"Sure babe" I replied

"I-I Love you" he said looking at me with those beautiful eyes and scratching his neck

"I've never said those 3 words to anyone, well except for my late Natasha. She meant the world to me and she died when she was only 21 after her graduation, I had already made a promise to marry her " he said while sobbing

" And right now I've found happiness, you are my happiness Kitten and you are the reason I've felt what love is again, I thought I would never say this but now I know what I had with Natasha was not meant to be" he said looking at me with nothing but love and adoration

I hugged and kissed him, seeing him cry made me cry too. We spent 30 minutes embracing each other. The pilot announced that we were landing in 5 minutes, I was getting cold feet but Mendez family here I come!

When we got off the jet there was a car waiting for us. Giovanni opened the passenger door for me and I slid in then he went to the drivers side. Half an hour later we arrived at this beautiful three story stone house

Giovanni rang the doorbell while putting my body close to his and gave me an reassuring smile.

The door opened revealing a beautiful lady with jet black hair. When she saw Giovanni she immediately pulled him into a bone-chrushing hug

"Mom this is Elena my fiancé, Elena this is my mom Rose" Giovanni said

His mom turned to me and hugged the life out of me so I hugged her back

"Pleasure to meet you Mrs Mendez" I said smiling

"Oh honey you will be taking that surname soon just call me Rose" Rose said clapping her hands in excitement

"Let's go everyone is inside " Rose said while leading the way " After you babe"

He let me go in first then entwined our hands together. We got to the living room, there was about 4 people and 3 kids. All eyes were on us

"Guys meet my fiancé, Kitten this is my sister Alex and my brother Alec. They are twins but 2 years younger than me" Giovanni said pointing to a lady and man who looked alike

Alex came forward and hugged me then said "Hi am Alexandra and this is my husband Mark and our daughter Sofia" she said while I was smiling

Alec introduced himself "Hy am Alec in and this is my wife Anna and our twins Evan and Eva"

"Nice to meet you guys" I said smiling at them

"Finally our big brother decided to settle down" Alex said grinning

"Never thought it would happen in a million years" Alec said sarcastically

"Yeah Kylie was just a putta after your money honey"  Rose said while I laughed

Sofia I think came and hugged my leg cause she was too short "Your so pwetty" she said with her tiny voice

I knelt down to her height "Aww thank you honey, you are very pretty too, what's your name?" I asked her

"I'm Sofia what's your name pwetty wady " she asked while smiling

Then I stood up and picked her up placing her on my hip. She put her head on my shoulder

" I like you, you smell like flowers" she said while everyone stared at us with love in their eyes

"I think she loves you already" Giovanni stated then gave me a peck on the lips

"Eww Uncle Gio" she said and we all laughed

"I think she just scored herself a new aunty whoop whoop!! " Alex said while jumping up and down

" Son? " A voice asked behind us
