Adam Dawson's POV

It's your birthday today, you're eighteenth.

You are five months older than me.

I bought you a gift, because it is your birthday, but how should I give it to you?

I pondered about that the whole week long, eventually, I made up my mind.

Arriving early, I went towards my locker where I hid your gift.

The gift was in a small box.

There was also a note included, but I signed it off with my initials.

I don't know if you will know who I am, probably not.

The gift and the note were both in a small pastel green bag, since it is your favourite colour.

At least I think it is, because you wear a lot of pastel green clothing.

I looked around to see if someone saw me as I taped the bag to your locker, but there was no one there.

I walked away towards the library.

It is the best place to sleep peacefully, and there is still an hour left before school starts.

Yeah, I came to school one hour earlier, only for you.

Why did I do that?
