Keith: Hey buddy, was Lance mean and kept you locked up in his room? *kneels next to him and ruffles the fur on the sides of his neck*

Keith: *scratches under his chin and smiles fondly at him before standing* Is there anything else of mine your hiding?
Lance: *opens the door* I found this... *holds up the knife* I wanted to see what it was
Keith: *takes it back quickly and grips it tightly* Dont touch that....please. *cringes at the sound of the word but he doesn't want to be rude*
Lance: I'm sorry.... I didn't know it was so important....
Keith: It's fine, just. It's important. *looks down at Cosmo before looking back up to Lance* Well. There's, training and uh, dinner later so I'll see you then. *feeling awkward so he starts to slowly walk off before turning back with a mixed expression* Thanks for keeping it and Cosmo safe.
Lance: You're welcome *smiles* I saw Pidge snooping around with Hunk so I snuck in.
Cosmo: *looks at Keith to confirm it*
