I saw a bird today- free
Flying above the tree tops.
Without fear or care
It was not shackled nor caged.
Not tethered to needs
or wants of others.
I saw a bird today
Gliding through the air
Timeless, weightless.
And I was envious.
Some times you feel caged in your everyday life; thats how I feel most of the time. I want to be free to travel.
