it's a cold winter night and the snow is just starting to fall down but past the blowing of the wind and the white cover of snow fall there is a cave with a purple eyed wolf giving birth to a litter she had already lost one pup and as she had the last two one stayed strong but the other could barley breath and did not whimper nor drink any milk the wolves were getting worried that Emily(the purple eyed wolf was named Emily)might just lose another pup not to mention the other pup would lose a twin they had just lost hope and left the mother alone with her one pup and the other barely alive one but Emily did not want too give up on this pup this pup was important she just knew it she did everything she could and when that didn't work she begged and begged for somebody to help her pore newborn pup
"Emily" please please let this pup live she will do great things I know it I beg anybody to come help her have a chance to prove it

just then a pair of spirits came up to the begging mother and offered her a deal the green one was kuniumi(spirit of land birth)and the blue one is named ara(spirit of tornadoes and whirlwinds) ara is the first to speak
"ara" wolf you have begged and we have both answered I am ara this is kuniumi we are spirits and we were passing through these lands when we heard your pleads for help
"kuniumi" we are intrigued by your determination and wonder why you try so hard to save this pup when there is little chance it will survive
"Emily" I am determined because I just know this pup is worth it she could do great things if given the chance to live I can feel it if you can help please do so
the two spirits conversed for a while then they turned back and gave her the conditions
"ara" we will help under two conditions one: we will ask some other deities to bless your twin pups kuniumi has already volunteered to give their abilities to the pup that is not in peril meaning they will be connected as for the other I cannot give her mine for I'm already connected to someone else but I can assure you that a much more powerful deity will do it on my cue
"kuniumi" that is it for the first condition the second is simple: the twins must not leave each others sides before they are ten years of age if they do so there will be consequences depending on their actions that's it now for all of this to be done you must show your humanoid form while holding both of them
"Emily" ok *she does as they say and picks up both pups* ready
" ara and kuniumi" in accordance to these bonds we ara and kuniumi give our powers and another's to these young beings who have not lived for more than two hours may this power help theme on their journey through life and whatever's in store
and with that the pups glow one green the other in a ballad of darkness and light the one who was in danger has started to whimper and shifted between both its forms until it settled into its werewolf form and started looking for its mothers milk until she gave her some
"Emily" thank you thank you*she started to cry and talked to her newborn* hey little one your finally hungry huh well drink up you'll need the strength after what you've been through
"ara" we will be going now but I will visit the little one once in a while to see how she is doing just so you know this is my preferred mortal form*they change into a wolf with brown fur and blue glowing eyes the glow subsides after a bit and ara trots over to the newborn*hey there
"newborn pup"*pulls on ara's fur and grabs onto their snout*
"ara" ow ow ow *they look at the pup*well aren't you feisty hey Emily if I can call you that if not its alright but could I possibly name this little on
"Emily" yes and go right ahead it the least I can do after what you've done
"ara"*they think about it for a moment* Aliki yes that will do how are you little aliki *they look at the newborn as if it were their own blood the newborn keeps playing with their fur*well ill be going ahead ill come back soon
"kuniumi" well sense ara has named one I minus well name the other with you what do you sugest
"Emily" well its either Alana , Jane or lily
"kuniumi" lily sounds wonderful
"Emily" lily it is
"kuniumi""I will be doing the same as ara so this isn't goodbye little lily*they turn into their mortal form which was a brown and white wolf with green eyes just like aras they glowed for a bit and stopped*see you soon little lily*they nuzzle the pup still in its wolf form lovingly and leave*
"Emily"*tends to both pups and helps aliki into her wolf form so both pups may drink*you are so precious my little ones now stay strong for mommy*she then went to sleep after they both finished they cuddled with their mother*
that's the end of the prologue this may or may not be my first story so ya please be honest this will continue in the first chapter of Midnight Wolf I hope you enjoyed the story
