The mistakes I comitted crash back as I get older.

They are merciless, with the touch of a cold fingertip,

frosty by the virgin snow's pinch.

Like the blooming of a winter's floral, the frost blooms in every direction.

An invincible fist takes a hold of my neck, I choke, struggle and look around for eyes to hold.

Though, the more that I search, the more time flows down the river stream.

I want to scream,

my eyes bulge...

having no one...

not even time to guilt over,

desperation settles but it's too late...

I have no breath to scream.

My last wish, last thought, last breath...only longing for forgiveness.

For forgiveness is only the fire I refused a moment ago.

A pill I refused to swallow.

The cold I allowed to frost...

the fist freezes my heart to a stop.
