"What happened?" Her grandfather asked her as she turned to Mia for support. She actually knew what had happened as Ben came to get Arthur, she didn't want to hear her son any of this. "Glen and I met on the first day we were in Greece, we hit it right off." Kate started to explain with a smile on her face as she turned to Mia.

"She literally fell over his feet on the beach, the two of them were inseparable from that moment on," Mia explained as her family was stunned that Mia was so much aware of it all. Sure she'd been there, Mia had almost replaced Kate within her family. To know that the two of them had kept it from them all.

"By the time that we slept together we'd known each other for four weeks, it was on the evening I was there. We'd promised to continue what we had once I moved to London. I tried contacting him when I got there but he never answered so I resolved myself to the fact that I'd been another notch on his belt." She explained as she heard a sigh from behind her. Turning around she noticed Glen standing behind her with a sad look in his eyes. They didn't like to bring the past up since they'd moved past it. But she owned her family at least those who had been there for her an explanation. "You never were a notch on my belt sweetheart," he told her as he cupped her cheek in his head as he sat down on the couch.

"I lost my phone on the plane from Greece. I was bummed cause I didn't have her number anymore. I tried to look for her but I didn't know where to start." Glen explained, his one hand wrapped around her back, the other held her hand in his lap. "When I found out I was pregnant I tried calling him even more than before. When I couldn't reach him on his phone so I called management for about three weeks, needing to tell him that I was pregnant," she explained as she gave Glen a reassuring smile.

"First I was told that he'd call me when he had the time. Then I was told that he was to busy with touring." she explained, looking at those who mattered. "the last time I called then I was told not to call anymore so I didn't till I gave birth to Arthur. I was told that Glen knew but that he didn't want anything to with me or our child." Kate explained as she noticed the glares coming in Glen's direction.

"When he came to see me a few days before it was announced of the page boys I was rushed and furious at him. When he came back the day when the page boys were announced demanding to know why I hadn't let him know we had a son." Kate explained turning to Glen with a small sighed as she rubbed her thumb back and forth in his hand.

"I never knew that she'd called to our management. Our previous manager George admitted when I confronted them about it. He didn't want Kate to stand in the way of us growing as a band. We fired him on the spot. I've been trying to make it up to them from that moment on." Glen told them as he rested his chin on Kate's shoulder.

"And you just forgave him like that?" her mum asked her as she shook her head. "We argued a lot till I got the complete explanation. We've been rebuilding from that moment on. We were both the victim of someone else's decision. Like someone pointed out to me, if Glen had really known and was the same person I met in Greece he would have been there from the start." Kate explained as Glen smiled at her with those eyes that sent a chill through her.

"I want to go and see Daddy and mummy." they heard Arthur call out as he walked into the room and got into Glen's lap, snuggling into his dad's chest as he took his mum's hand.

"and now?" her mum asked, looking between the three of them and she couldn't deny how well they seemed to be in synch already. How much her daughter was glowing to be with the man that she loved. She could see it in the way that she looked at Glen and them way Arthur hung on his dad.

"We're together, we're keeping it to ourselves for as long as we can. Till things die down a little in London, that probably won't happen with those morons but I can hope." Kate chuckled with a smile as she thought of her family there. "Doesn't mean that you and I are going to have a little chat," Mia warned Glen as he could only nod, if Mia needed to get it out of her chest, he'd listen and suck it up. the most important thing was the woman and their child besides him.
