"i mean. it's nice. i love the lace. that's probably my favourite thing about this dress. it's just plunging necklines and the colour blue isn't really my thing." i shrug my shoulders. kitania hummed. she looked at all the dresses and almost dived across the room for one. she handed it to me with a big smile on her face. i nod my head and went to change.
"i love it!" i say as i walk out. "i love the silk, i love the diamanté's, the style, it's brilliant." i smile at them half heartedly.
"but?" mother said. i sighed.
"it's just not right. you know? i'm not getting that kinda vibe from it. it's gorgeous, just not the dress for me." i frown.
"don't worry, mari. we still have about 2 more dresses to go. have some hope, my darling!" mother beamed at me before going to unhook another dress from it's hanger.
"now. go try this on while we tidy up a bit¿" she gave me the dress and went to help kitania clean up."mother. is alfredo crazy? i mean, it's a lovely dress but seriously? the flowers, the sheer n slightly poofed sleeves? i'll sweat so much. i simply cannot." i slightly narrow my eyebrows towards my mother. i saw her roll her eyes.
"you look lovely darling. there's one dress left so please just choose. it's getting quite late too. almost 8:30 and you'll be needing your beauty sleep." she tried to say in the nicest way possible. i sigh again.
"fine give me the dress." i say as kitania handed me the piece of clothing.
