"Oi, you shitty brat!" a voice called out to me, snapping me from my train of thought.
"Stop daydreaming and get your ass back to cleaning".
I lazily glanced at him, tilting my head slightly to the side as he glared down at me with his beautiful grey stoic eyes.
"Mhm?" I replied as I scanned him up and down. He was wearing his Scouting Legion uniform as usual but without the jacket. He had two bandanas around his face, one on his head and one around his mouth to himself from engulfing the dust. In his hand, he held a wet rag and a duster. I mentally laughed. I swear Levi loves his cleaning supplies more than he loves me.
"Don't 'mhm' me short stuff".
"But...Levi, you're shorter than I am" I replied, sticking my tongue out at him.
"Tch! You stupid brat, I am clearly taller than you are!" he scoffed and turned around smiling slightly at the adorable sight he was witnessing.
"We've been cleaning forever, can't we take a break?" you ask.
"No" he replied sternly, before scrubbing a nearby window.
"Please?"
"No".
"Lev-"
"No"
"Fine.. then I'll just go find Eren"
"..."
I huffed in defeat and went to the window beside the one Levi was cleaning and started scrubbing it rather slowly. I felt so tired. Literally, we've been cleaning from the morning and now and it's already late in the afternoon. Suddenly, I felt someone's arms wrap around my torso. I turned around to see Levi burying his face into the crook of my neck.
"Don't make that pouty face short stuff, it's so cute" he mumbled.
"I bet you find that broom over there cuter than me" I whine.
"Never" he replied, pulling me into his chest.
"See, I'm taller short stuff"
"Only by a few centimeters" I huffed in annoyance.
"Hey brat" he started
"Mhm?" I mumbled.
"Let's take a break... I'm hungry" he said.
