Dalgon Alley is one of the major crime centers located in the lower levels of the Tachyon slums, apart for its obvious dubious crime painted history. It also holds the secret passage way to the villain team of delinquents known as Team Dagger.

Unlike it's hero counter part Team Dagger lack the wide government funds to establish a major base but are successfully about to keep it hiding underground from prying eyes.

With a bunch of empty space used mostly for training, parties or storing loot.
