First of all, whenever I'm ready to take requests I will have a page for it titled "Request Page" and requests are only accepted if they are on this page. Also "Expired" Request pages requests are not accepted.
And for requests with OCs I'll need these;
Name(obviously-_-), Personality, Age, Relationship with your Character of Choice, P Occupation, if you want something special, a Plot, and a type of ending.
