I wish I had clear skin

A perfect smile

Maybe even an amazing figure

But I don't

I wish I was smart

Witty and clever

A bit more confident

But I'm not

I wish I could sing like an angel

Or dance as graceful as clouds in the sky

Or just be over all charming

But I can't

All I am is this

A flawed, shattered shell

With a heart that loves unconditionally

But that's never enough
