WOW! Hello everybody! Firstly, I'd like to introduce myself after being MIA for a bit. On Wattpad, I go by the name "Sincerely_yours04," but my real name is...SIKE! Sorry, I like to stay anonymous to keep people curios 🤷🏻♀️. Anyhow! As readers may probably not know, I LOVE to write poetry! I just haven't been doing it here often because these years have been a ride and I haven't been writing publicly as much. I have written more poetry for myself more than anything, which is why I've been hesitant for such a long time to release them into the open. But I've finally decided that I want to share my poetry with this community once again!
As a poet, I have a type of style that I like when it comes to creating my poems. I mostly like to make my poems rhyme. However, I do not stick to a certain rhythm because that's just how I like to write! The words just come to me and I put them down LOL. So this is a RHYMING POETRY BOOK. ALL of the poems that I wrote // will write in this book will rhyme. That's just my style hehe.
NOW, as for the contents in this book; Poetry. Poetry is what you make of it; it's about how you interpret it, and how it makes you feel. It's a way for people to relax and let their mind loose. It's a way to create wonderful stories and be able to relate to others through writing. But more importantly, poetry describes feelings. So in this book, I will be sharing my feelings with you. And as someone who has a lot of feelings, my poems may seem really "deep." Quite honestly, my poetry is easy to read, and at times, hard to understand lol! But that's the beauty of poetry because you can interpret any poem as you like, and how it speaks to YOU! Which is why you should read my poetry with an open mind! I write a lot about pretty much anything but it seems like I write a lot about something. I just haven't figured out what that "something" is yet, LOL.
"Re;Flection," is exactly what it sounds like; a reflection. I am "reflecting" on my feelings but at the same time, I am also bringing them to life in the form of poetry. A lot of these poems I have already written so I will be dating them from when they were created. But nonetheless, poetry is ageless because they can last a lifetime! So, I hope you will enjoy reading about the feelings of a somewhat anonymous writer LOL.
