Shigaraki was not in the best of moods. After the incident with the UA training camp he had lost useful pawns for his villainous organisation and had been bested by All Might. But, he thought shamelessly with a sadistic grin scraping across his face, All Might was no longer the pillar of peace. He had been reduced to nothing but a walking skeleton!
His grin soon turned sour, One For All had been captured. He let out an annoyed 'Tch', and turned his anger towards the misty man behind the the makeshift bar at the new League of Villains hideout.
'Where the hell is Giran? He's late.' His annoyance was beginning to bubble over. He titled his chin to the ceiling and began to scratch away at the skin on his neck, careful not to allow all five fingers scrape against the chapped skin.
'Shigaraki-san, please calm down. Giran is only a few minutes late-' Kurogiri, was rudely interrupted by Toga who was playing with her knife to the left of his poor-excuse-picnic-table bar top.
'I wanna see who they are! Who's he bringing? Are they like Stain-sama?' Her voice sounded fevered and excited, which only made Kurogiri sigh and Shigaraki grunt in annoyance. From across the room on a dilapidated brown leather couch a small, annoyed 'humf' was heard.
'What's so funny, huh?' Shigaraki was now ready to take his annoyances out on the scarred Dabi who was lounging on the couch, but the ragtag group was yet again interrupted, but this time it was the door. It opened slowly, it's ancient hinges screamed out with a creek.
All eyes stared at the door way, waiting to see who had entered the sorry excuse of a hide out. Shigaraki and Dabi glared at the empty space, waiting for something to happen, waiting for someone to come through. Had Giran finally showed up? Had the heroes found them again? Was it the win- Before the last thought could pass through the strange mind that was Toga's, Twice jumped through the door.
'Honeys I'm home! I hate you all.' Toga giggled at the dramatic entrance and applauded Twice's dramatic stance, whilst Shigaraki was only barely holding back the urge to destroy the picnic table Kurogiri had adopted as a bar top.
'Where the hell is Giran? He's late.' Shigaraki repeated his opening line but with more malice and vehemence. He reduced the cup in his hand to dust, letting it spill and dissipate over the plastic wood of the bar. His crimson eyes wide with anger and annoyance.
'They are here! They aren't coming.' Twice informed his leader, finger guns pointing at the doorway where three tall figures were walking through into the open plan factory room.
The two visitors looked around the room. The high ceiling had open beams, which reminded the latter of the inside of his ex girlfriends chest as he tried to carve out her heart. The man known as Jason smiled at the memory, he still had her heart... somewhere. The machinery of the old wood factory had been gutted out, but their ghosts remained in the forms of discoloured shapes on the old floor. It creaked underfoot.
Large windows at either side of the room would have let the glorious streetlights light the room, if they weren't tightly boarded up with dampening wood and rusty nails.
One of the two strangers sighed, 'So, we aren't getting welcomed by all of the League, I see?' This made Shigaraki grunt. He was not at all pleased with the lanky men Giran had brought. He had asked for raw fighting power, hulking muscles. He needed a tank on his team, not more spindly half wits like Dabi, the toasted freak, he added bitterly.
'What the fuck is this, Giran? I don't want them.' He spat, now bored of the situation. Dabi looked on with slight amusement, he liked it when the handy mans plans didn't go right.
'Aww c'mon Shigaraki-san, give them a chance to introduce themselves!' Giran almost sounded exasperated. 'They've been kicking up quite the commotion in Tokyo.' Giran stated proudly, hoping to impress Shigaraki with these new candidates.
Toga was the first to approach the strangers, 'I'm Toga! Himiko Toga!' She had pirouetted her way over to the two strangers, her knife clasped between her hands like she was making a sort of violent prayer to the Hero Killer himself. 'I'm gonna stab stab stab Stain-sama!'
Jason let out a brief laugh at her claim and patted her head in an affectionate manner, 'I like you, Himiko Toga,' he bent down to meet and match her crazed gaze, 'You're cute for a kid, kinda like a cat... like a kitten.'
Dabi internally gagged at the last word. For fucks sake we're not having another freak like the little psycho bitch in the group, and we're definitely not having a weird pervert, he thought as he looked over his shoulder at Shigaraki in hopes to convey his thoughts through a hateful stare, but Shigaraki was having his 'conversation stare' with the other visitor, and it didn't look pretty. Dabi smirked and relaxed, knowing his wishes would be answered without him having to do a thing.
'I'm Jason,' the man said his hand still on Toga's head, he wanted to make sure he definitely made contact for more than ten seconds. He'd shook hands with the crazy double guy before and that encounter lasted longer than even he wanted, 'and that, is Jackson.' Dabi nearly choked. Jason and Jackson? What was this? What a shitty name combination, there was literally a two letter difference between their names. Before Dabi could voice the snarky comment that was forming on the tip of his tongue, a hand was shoved in his direction.
'I'm guessing you're Dabi,' Jason was smirking, it was like he was daring Dabi to shake his hand. No one dared to dare Dabi to do anything. He took the challenge with a bored face, but his eyes blazed utter dominance in the direction of the fucker that was Jason.
He more than matched the grin of Jason, he heated his hand enough to boil water. The challenger quickly removed his hand with a hiss, and then he laughed. He just laughed. Dabi frowned, he should've burned the twat with more heat. A sickening grin spread across his face, still he'd won.
'You're useless.' Jackson muttered the words in the direction of his friend.
'What? He was gonna burn my hand off!' Jason shot back playfully. Even though it wasn't ten seconds, it was enough for a good few hours. He moved to his next target, the Big Boss, the big threat. He gave a quick worried glance to Jackson.
'Don't look at me, it was your idea to make... friends... with them.' Jackson said the word carefully, and it raised suspicion within Dabi and Shigaraki.
'They want to be friends!' Toga all but shrieked, a sickening smile and blush adorning her face, thinking about how much blood they would let her drain before they passed out, or died.
'You can be our friends! I don't like them, not one bit.' Twice's contradictory statement showed that at least half of him was feeling the same suspicions as his two male colleagues.
In the midst of this, Jason had slumped an arm around Shigaraki who was now seething with rage, full palm slammed on the table. Jason backed up instantly, but unfortunately backed right into Dabi. The table fell and slowly turned into a flurry of ash like dust. Shigaraki was shaking with rage as his palm went to slam into Jasons chest, only to be stopped by a black vortex of mist.
At this moment, another figure appeared in the doorway. He removed his top hat as he entered, looking on at the scene in front of him.
'Ho ho ho,' his jolly laughter a little haunting as he approached Jackson from behind. 'What's got everyone on edge?'
Giran, who was lazily leaning against the wall just shrugged. He was used to seeing his clients reject new recruits, but he had hopes for these two. It's a shame that they'll be killed so easily, or so he thought.
Kurogiri cleared his throat, 'Please, Shigaraki-san, give the young men a chance.' Even though he himself didn't trust the new pair, Kurogiri was used to meeting interesting individuals since Shigaraki started recruiting for the League. Shigaraki was still glaring holes into the newcomer who now seemed too relaxed considering Shigaraki still had his other hand to strike with and Dabi was still staring down upon Jason.
'You have five minutes.' Shigaraki all but hissed out, teeth bared in angered madness.
'That's all we'll need!' There was a strange confidence in Jason's voice as he side stepped away from the angry duo and made his way casually over to Mr. Compress. 'I told you we could do it without getting killed! Joining the League of Villains is gonna be great for us!' Jackson shuffled, not liking his partners new confidence, yes he'd made contact with the main guy and bought extra time touching Dabi, but they should just get this over and done with.
Jason held out his hand to the magician, 'Nice to meet you, I'm Jason, and the moody shit is Jackson! I hope we're able to join you're little party and shit!' All the while he was shaking Mr.Compress' hand with both of his, wanting to get in the extra contact, just to be... safe.
'That's it,' Shigaraki hissed, 'I'm gonna kill you both, you're too quiet and shitty,' he pointed at Jackson as he had freed his hand from the portal, 'And you,' he jabbed his point towards Jason, 'are worse. That shitty smile. I'm gonna kill you.' His eyes were wide, his teeth bared. Dabi wasn't too far behind with Toga and Twice.
'Oi, leave one for me, you hand fucker.' Dabi had his eyes on Jason, black smoke twining up his arm ready to attack. Toga's eye's lit up, knife dancing in her hand and Twice... well Twice was doing a double peace sign with a threatening glare.
    'Now?' Jason asked his comrade.
    'Now.'
With a snap of his fingers he had reduced five of the nine bodies in the room to... kittens? Kurogiri moved to attack but Jackson had unzipped his hoodie to reveal a portal very similar to his own, but this was just a swirling vortex coming from his... belly button? The kittens were sucked into the deep void that was now his chest and disappeared into the abyss.
