Annika opened her eyes after she finished her prayer to find Shivaay standing by her...
"Shivaay..tum aa gaye....meine socha ki bade papa aur badi ma ke aane se you will forget about me..."
She said playfully...
But the look on Shivaay's face made stop...
Annika:"Shivaay...you ok...?aap teek tho heina..."
Shivaay:"Yes...ha...mein tho bilkul teek hoon...why wouldn't I be..."
He said smiling...
Shivaay:"besides how can you even think I would forget you..."
He said making puppy dog face...
Tangling his hand with hers they walked back from the mandir...
Shivaay kept silent all the way....occasionally replying to her questions here n there....but he never said anything about his bade papa and badi ma...
Annika watched Shivaay concerned...
Something had definitely happened....
She had seen Shivaay's excitement when he came to know his bade papa and badi ma were coming to visit...
He had talked to her so much about them that she knew them very well without even seeing them....
Shivaay:"Actually I gotta go....got some time free aur socha to come and meet you..."
He said as they entered Annika's house...
Annika held Shivaay's hands stopping him from leaving...
Annika:"What is it Shivaay...?"
Shivaay:"What....?what is it matlab...?kuch bhi tho nahi..."
He said smiling dismissively...
Annika snaked her hands around Shivaay and hugged him tight...
Shivaay closed his eyes....
He had kept his fears and beliefs locked up inside him for years...
It was his deepest fear and shame...
Today when Bade papa said that it just reopened the wound deep inside him...
