Chapter 13: Magneto

Peter's P.O.V.

It has been a few days since Y/n and I started dating. When she said that she loves me too I was the happiest man alive, I still am. At first I couldn't believe what I have heard but then I poked myself and proved that it was reality. When I said to her that I love her I suddenly felt a lot better, I guess this is cause I finally said it. But no one knows yet that we are together. We both decided to keep it a secret for some time.

Today my dad is coming back from Poland. He was visiting his wife and daughter's graves. That was really sad how they died. And he blames himself. But that was police man's fault. Why was he walking around with bow and arrow. That's sick. Don't they have guns or something. I really hope that my dad is going to like Y/n. But why wouldn't he, everybody likes her. I haven't told Y/n that my dad is coming today because she would get nervous and I don't need that. While I was so deep in thoughts, at first I didn't hear light knocking at my door. Then someone started punching it kicking me out of my thoughts. I stood up and sped to the door to open it. I saw Kurt and Scott.

"Dude, what is wrong with you? We were knocking for five minutes" Scott said.

"I.. I was in the bathroom." I lied.

"Five minutes?"

"Yes."

I walked away and sat on my bed while Kurt sat on the chair and Scott leaned on the table.

"Anyways, what do you guys want?" I asked.

"You ready to tell your dad about your friendship with Y/n?" Scott asked.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I? She is just my girlf...Best friend." I said mentally slapping myself.

"We actually came here to tell you that today's training has been cancelled." Kurt said.

"That's great! I'm not in the mood for training today."

"We were trying to find Y/n to tell her, but we couldn't find her anywhere. Can you find her Peter?" Kurt asked.

"Yeah, I'll find her and tell her everything."

"Okay." Kurt said and they both walked out.

With a sigh I silently laid on my bad thinking of Y/n. Where could this girl be? Then I got an idea and sped there. I was right. She was there sitting on a tree drawing. She had earbuds on and didn't hear me. When I shouted her name, she slipped and fell down bud I caught her. When she opened her eyes, she imidiatly smiled at me. I smiled too. When I put her down on the ground she kissed me caching me off guard. Smiling I returned the kiss. Then she pulled away.

"You like to scare me, don't you?" She asked taking of her earbuds.

"Maybe, but catching you it's what I love."

She started giggling.

"Anyways, you wanted something?" She asked.

"Yeah, I wanted to tell you that today's training has been cancelled."

"Really? Do you know why?"

"No."

Y/n kneeled down to pick her stuff that fell. I kneeled down to help her. When she picked up her drawing pad, her drawings flew everywhere. I sped to catch them. When I returned to normal time I started looking at her drawings. I was on the most of them, then there were few other people which I assumed are her family. Drawings were amazing. She is so talented.

"Wow!" I said in amazed.

"Give me that!" Y/n said while trying to grab paper out of my hands.

"Y/n, they are amazing!" I said looking in her eyes.

"You think so?" She said not believing me.

"Yes, you are so talented!"

"Um...thanks." She started blushing.

I like that i can make her blush. I hugged her and she hugged me back.

"I love you." I wishpered in her ear.

"I love you too." Y/n wishpered.

Then she pulled away.

"Peter, can you help me to my room?"

"Of course!" I said as time slowed down.

I picked all her stuff, put my hand behind her neck and sped her to her room. When time slowed down she grabbed her head.

"Sorry, I forgot to warn you." I said scratching my neck.

"I'm..."

Y/n started to say something but I didn't listen because I heard Charles voice in my head saying that I need to come to his office.

"Peter, are you okay?" Y/n asked snapping me out.

"Yeah, I just heard Charles. He said he needs me in his office."

"Go then. I'll see you later!" She said while opening her room door.

"Yeah, see you!" I said, gave her a quick kiss and sped off.

I knocked before walking inside Professors office.

"Charles, You wanted to see me?"

"Yes." Charles said.

"I wanted to see you more!" Said a familiar voice.

I quickly turned my head and saw my dad standing up from the couch.

"Dad!" I said excitedly and sped to hug him.

"Peter!" He said.

"When did you got here?"

"About 20 minutes ago."

"You know, you missed a lot."

"Maybe you can fill me in?"

"Yeah, come on!" I said putting my hand behind his neck and sped to my room.

I quickly sat on my bed and crossed my legs. Dad, using his powers pulled the chair beside my bed and sat down.

"So, what did I miss?"

"Me, Jean and Hank went to a mission and saved a girl named Y/n."

"Charles told me about her. He said you two are very close."

"Yeah, she is my best friend!"

"Do I get to meet her? I really want to meet your best friend."

"I can call her over if you want."

"Then call."

"Okay."

I grabbed my phone and texted Y/n to meet me at my room. After a few minutes we heard a light knock on the door. I stood up to open it. When I did I saw Y/n smiling at me and I smiled too.

"Did meeting with Charles went well?" She asked.

"Yeah, Y/n, meet my dad, dad meet Y/n." I said gesturing Y/n to come inside.

Her eyes became wide. I guess, she didn't see this coming.

"Hello, I'm Erik, Peter's dad. Nice to meet you!" My dad said stretching his arm toward Y/n.

"My name is Y/n. It's nice to meet you too!" She said shaking my dad's hand.

They both smiled at each other. I could tell that he likes Y/n already. Well, this is a good start.
