"Are we going home?" Arthur asked his mum when she rose from her chair with him in her lap. His head sleepily resting on her shoulder as her hands supported him intertwined under his bum, his arms on either side of her neck.

"We'll see what daddy does," Kate assured him, running her hand through his hair as she followed the bunch back to the backstage area. She hadn't really thought this one through now that she thought about it. If Glen were to stay at a hotel or went home and he had no spare rooms then she'd be screwed. Kate would have to figure something out of where they were going to put their heads down.

Walking backstage, Glen immediately came up to them in a sweaty manner. "He asleep?" he asked her, resting his hand on Arthur's back and tilting his head to the side to look at their son. "Almost, he normally doesn't stay awake this long." Kate pointed out as Glen nodded his head in understanding as he kissed the side of Glen's head.

"Just let me get my stuff, we'll go back to my place." He told her as she nodded her head. "Can we stay with you?" Kate asked him as they started to walk to the dressing room, she felt Arthur stick his thumb in his mouth, but she let him for now.

"Let me take him." Glen noted as he noticed her shuffling their son in her arms, before taking him over from her. "and of course." Glen added as he smiled in Kate's direction. She stood to the side a bit uncomfortable as Glen got his bag and his stuff before they said goodbye to everyone.

When they got home, she followed after Glen, carrying her luggage and his bag from the concert. "He can use Luke's room," Glen told her as she followed him up the stairs and he walked into a room with a twin bed in it, a guitar in the corner, a desk against the wall.

"I'll take the couch so you can use my bed." Glen adjusted his son, whilst pulling back the sheets to put their son down. "The third room I have is a music room," he explained as she nodded her head, her hands behind her in a nervous manner.

"I can take the couch, Glen." She told him as she walked up to the bed to get her son undressed a little. "Or we could share it," she added as she and Glen pulled Arthur's sweater and pants off before tucking him under the sheets. She didn't want to assume anything at all as she looked at Glen for a moment.

"If you're okay with that?" Glen asked her as she nodded her head at him. They hadn't really put a name on what they were, but she knew she loved falling asleep with him beside her. It had only happened twice so far, but she'd slept a lot better than before. It had taken some getting used to not having shared a bed with a man or anyone for that matter in five years, except for the occasional time that Arthur would sneak in bed with her or Charlotte stayed over, she really should start with getting that house finished. But there was nothing better than falling asleep and waking up with Glen beside her. There were 4 more bedrooms upstairs, one which had been used by Loisa. The others were simply bare, filled with boxes or just empty, not having gotten to it since moving in. She'd wanted to move in so quickly before she gave birth that she'd told the ones finishing it, not to bother with the pool below the house and such. She had plans to have it all arranged during the summer when she was at Balmoral and travelling for work.

"Goodnight little one," Kate whispered, leaning down to kiss her son's head, whilst brushing a strand of hair out of his face.

"Thanks again for coming over and giving my family the chance to get to know him," Glen told her as they left the room and he took her hand in his as she shrugged her shoulders. "It wasn't planned Glen, it was a spontaneous thing," Kate told him with a small smile as she rubbed her thumb back and forth n the back of his hand. Mirroring the thing he was driving her crazy with. God, how was it that he could turn her body lit with just one touch?
