Jade Marie Eichelberger About the title: Months after writing my first chapter to this book, I realized I am not as confused as I thought I was at the time when I titled this book. I had to recognize that how society viewed me didn't have to mirror how I viewed myself. I am not confused, everyone else is confused on the subject of the matter however, I am more sure of myself and my decisions and feelings than I have ever been. I myself had to validate everything that I'm going through because I knew no one else who could. I hope that by me writing this novel, I am able to validate and further educate you on the feelings you're going through, if you're trans that is. If you're not, I do hope that my story teaches you that every life has value. Every word you say, move you make, or laugh you throw at someone could scar them for a lifetime. It is important that you gain at least one lesson from my story and that is the value of being considerate.
