"Harry! We can't be late, it's your first day!" Anne called her 5, almost 6, year old son.

"Hold on mommy, I can't find my shoes!" Harry panicked.

Anne chuckled as she watched her son panicking over a pair of shoes that were right in front of him, clear in the view. "Harry, they're right there dear." She pointed.

"Oh.." he laughed nervously. He put his shoes on so fast he almost stumbled standing on one leg. "All done!" He cheered. "Let's go!"

Harry looked to his side and saw that Anne having a laughing fit. He furrowed his brows in confusion.

"You put the shoes on the wrong feet." she managed to say in between breaths.

"Oh sorry again." He said palm faced. Anne walked up to him and helped him get ready for the first day of kindergarten 2. She gave him a peck on the cheek. "You're adorable." She said hugging him afterwards.

It was minutes before he found himself walking with a bunch of kids who seemed to be his age. Everyone had a friend with them but him.

It felt so strange to him since he's so used to being the most loved kid at his old school.

He wasn't nervous as other kids would be on their first day at a new school. He was a 'social butterfly' as his mother would say. Making friends was a piece of cake to him.

He was one of the loveliest most pure kids you'll ever come across. He wouldn't hurt a fly..

"Class is over kids, it's lunch time." Mr Nick, the English teacher, announced as if he were more excited to leave for lunch break than the 5 year old kids.

Kids were rushing out of the classroom as they cheered. Harry was the last one behind to walk out of there. He made his way to the cafeteria and peeked into his lunch bag that his mom had prepped for him. He looked up searching the room for a place to sit. He wasn't interested in making friends at the moment. His hunger took up his mind.

He walked deeper into the huge room looking for a table, catching groups of kids yelling at each other in attempt to catch each other's attention. He rolled his eyes. Why try so hard to impress? Just be yourself.

He caught a brown haired boy who looked just a little older than him sitting alone in an empty table. His food was in front of him untouched as he stared into space.

Harry sighed and gave up. Deciding he's gonna have to go up there and sit with him. But part of him knew something was up with this kid. He wasn't exactly sure, but he knew he was anything but happy.

He plopped down on the side of the table that the kid was sitting at. He looked at Harry, startled by the sudden action.

"Oops, didn't mean to scare you." Harry nervously said. The boy gave Harry a quick sad smile and mumbled "s'okay." and looked down at his feet.

"I'm Harry, what's your name?" Harry asked impatiently.

"Louis." The boy simply replied still looking down.

"How old are you? I'm five." Harry asked.

"I'm six." Louis faintly smiled at Harry and looked back down.

Harry nodded in acknowledgment. His eyes lingered on Louis. His hair look so soft and pretty. His lips were thin but a rosy color. Harry thought it was cute.

Louis could feel Harry literally staring at him. He looked up and their eyes met. Harry observed Louis' eyes. He'd never seen eyes this blue.

"Your eyes are really pretty." Harry commented. Louis grew a smile on his face.
