Where is Yuto based on? In imagination, or some random stuff I don't wanna name?

By "some random stuff I don't wanna name", do you mean an ex-lover? If that's the case then nope lololol. He's mostly based on a certain premise I've made myself.

The premise goes like this;

Each one of us are bound to a soulmate where we can communicate with that person's thoughts with ease. There are billions of human being out there and there's only one person to achieve that criteria. That said, there's a high probability that you'll never meet your soulmate ever in your entire life. And with this situation, you're bound to meet a cockblocker instead.

Soulmate = Ideal person to spend the rest of your life with.

Cockblocker = person you meet before soulmate that made your heart complete.

So in this story;

Soulmate = Yuto

Cockblocker = Laito.

And therefore;

Soulmate = Yuto = Ideal person to spend the rest of your life with.

Cockblocker = Laito = person you meet before soulmate that made your heart complete.

And back to the question, Yuto's inspiration is a product of the thought, 'What type of person is ideal to spend the rest MC's life with?'.

Yuto is good looking. He earns a lot of money. He's kind. He has a nice sense of humor. He likes to make the people around him smile. He also has the right amount of sass. Need I say more?

However, I've put numerous flaws in this characters as well cuz let's be honest, we don't like perfect beings here.

So there's that.
