(Harkness' car is definitely a T5 car that you want. As it is one of the top 10 fastest in the World Record list for Tier 5 cars when maxed out. So save your Lambo fusion parts for this bad boy ;) )
(The car and set up I used for the final race are as followed:
Car- Bugatti Chiron (5*)
PP- 709
Evo- +1736
Upgrades- 40/42
Fusion Parts- 108/128
Tuning:
NOS- 404 by 5.2
Final Drive- 2.00 (All the way to the left)
Tires- 52 by 48 (26 PSI)
Ticket Time:
Dyno- 8.690s (1/2 Mile)
(I managed to get a lot of the parts during a Gold Cup. And now it's my fastest car as of when this gets published. Anyways, back to the topic at hand.)
(Harkness' specs are as followed:
Car- Harkness' Lamborghini Sesto Elemento (P5*)
Ticket Time- 9.215s (1/2 Mile)
(My set up should allow you to win Harkness' car very easily. With room for a couple of slip ups.)
