Ch.16 Truth

Even so, he should realize that he wouldn't be in this earth if wasn't for his mother - who just so happens to be a woman.

"My my, You are awfully full of yourself aren't you? how bout we cut it down a notch?" Jea-ha grins while holding out several of his knifes between his knuckles. His beautiful grin that doesn't reach his eyes send shivers down ZangYong's spine

"Jea-ha"

Yona calls him, making Jea-ah retract his knifes and smile gently at her as he looks her way

"As much as you may be angry, we must handle this matter accordingly"

He sighs "if that is what you want Yona dear, the. Your wish is my command"

Yona smiles at him "Thank you"

Then she turns to him "ZangYong, for your attempt in overthrowing the royal family, though failed - shall be put away in the dungeons. We shall deal with you according the full state of the law until then you will patiently in the cells"

The others weren't accepting to the fact that Yona didn't decide to kill him right away but they knew she was thinking that a queen who wanted to do things a ruler should do, so they stayed quiet

"Joo-doh, you will in charge of watching him and making sure that he survives in the cells until his time comes in court"

Joo-doh bows "yes, your majesty"

Yona waves her hand as a signal for ZangYong to be taken away which Joo-doh understood immediately

After he gets taken away, the 4 dragon warriors surround Yona, making sure that she was truly okay

Kija was crying to the point where it look like a waterfall was flowing from his eyes. Shin-ah and Aoi were clinging to Yona as if they hadn't seen her in years

Yoon was slightly crying while also scolding her saying 'why aren't you more careful!' Though Yona could feel how relieved he was now that She's back to normal

Both Jea-ah and Zeno where smiling happily at her, watching the scene before them as Yona gets surrounded by their friends

As for Hak he merely stated standing, leaning against the wall. His face blank of emotion, no one could tell what he was thinking or feeling as he continued to look at the young red-headed girl before him

Yoon and the 4 dragon warriors soon left decoding that Yona would probably want to be alone but of course he were hesitant to leave her since they didn't want the same incident to happen again

But then Hak spoke up saying that he'll stay with her, they didn't object or tease him this time as they knew that their friend wanted to speak with her alone

As soon as the door closed shut. Hak quickly grabbed Yona into his embrace.

"Hak...." Yona called out his name silently

"I'm so glad" he started "I'm so glad that your alright now"

Yona could feel Hak shake slightly and wanted to pull away to look at him properly but he held her even tighter

"Don't.....I don't want you to see me like this" he said to her in a silent voice one barely heard but she heard him loud and clear

She held a sad smile on her face "Hak, let me see your face"

He shakes his head, burying it into the crook of her neck

She repeats her sentence in a softer tone full of love and admiration and he does what she asks

Yona held his checks in her hands and saw small lines of tears from his eyes flowing down as he stares deeply at her

She smiles and leans forward and kisses his tears away one by one and if telling him '

it's okay, everything okay'

Once she made sure that the tears stopped, she leaned back and gave out a small chuckle

"I never knew that the great General Son Hak could ever cry"

He laughs as he held her small hands into his once more which were still cupping his cheeks

"Shut up, You zero sex appeal child"

Yona pouts and says in a playful manner "that's a bit mean"

Hak smiles at hearing the voice that causes his heart to flutter once again

But his face soon becomes serious and Yona notices it right away and becomes worried

"Hak?"

She freezes at the two words that leaves his mouth

"Marry me"

Srry for the short chapter.... I plan on making the next one longer and also there's only 1 more chapter left......I'm going to cry
