*Jem*

"So, you danced with Tessa?"

"Yes, and it was...... wait, who told you that?"

"Magnus."

"Damn that nosy warlock."

"No, it's actually cute."

"Cute? You said cute. MARK IT IN THE RECORD BOOKS!!"

"Will, stop yelling, it's nearly 1:30 a.m." I hear footsteps behind me.

"Good evening Tessa."

"Good Evening Will, Jem."

"it's 1:30 a.m. so it's technically not evening, but still all the same, good evening."

"I assume Magnus told everyone in the city about us dancing last night?"

"As far as I know, just Jem,, but you never know with Magnus"

"He also told all the downworlders."

"Lovely." He pauses. "I mean, don't get me wrong, I loved dancing with you, but I wanted it......"

"To be our little secret, me too, for now at least."

"I feel like the third wheel, so I'll leave you two alone."

"No, Jem, you're not the third wheel. You can stay."

"No, it's fine, really, besides, I have to talk to Magnus."

"Okay, see you later then?"

"Yeah."

"Bye."

*Tessa*

"Did he seem a little... jealous?"

"Jem? No, he just doesn't like feeling like he's being ignored."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, Jem is definitely not the jealous type."

"Okay." Magnus comes in.

"Hello love birds."

"Magnus." Will says, blushing deeply. "Yes, I am in love with Tessa, but do we need to tell everyone that you know??"

"Oh biscuit, if I told everyone I knew, everyone within in a 100 mile radius of this place would know."

"What... how... what??"

"I know a lot of people, look, I will let you two be in love and I won't tell anybody else."

"Yes, thank you."

"But the downworlders are very blabby, so I can't speak for them."

"Magnus!!"

So yeah, there's chapter four, sorry about the shortness, the last one was shorter than I actually realized....

I may do more than six chapters, I'm not entirely sure yet, but I might.
