"Don't be happy by this small victory." Nikola announced with a little smirk.

Glaring into his eyes, I opened my mouth to argue back.

But he cut me off by closing the space separating us.

He moved his right cheek alongside mine, letting his light stubble prickle my right cheek in the process.

Which resulted in, sending a shiver down my spine as he did so.

Finally, Nikola whispered into my ears "I will get you next time."

I fixed my gaze on the tiles behind him. I felt like I was going to burst with anger.

But accompanying my anger, was another emotion, a sweeter one that I couldn't quite identify.

He cocked his head in my direction, staring at me one last time. I looked at him sideways, he smiled, and judging by how he reacted I knew I looked red in the face.

I swallowed hard, to which his smile only grew further making his dimples make an appearance.

How annoying is he?!!

He slowly and gently pulled his hand from mine. I caught myself wincing at the loss of contact with his hand. But thank the Lord that went unnoticed by him.

What the hell is going on with me?! Silly girl come back to your senses, a failed attempt into slapping some sense into myself.

His body brushed against mine as he started walking away, mocking me at how he won't be touching me again.

My eyes softened and closed. My nostrils was filled with his cologne, his distinct body odor, and leather.

Wait do I smell coffee?!!!!!

He hit me straight in the head.

Yes, I felt slightly lightheaded!!!!

I lost my sense of the current time and place.

His footsteps rang in my ears with each step he took. Not until they disappeared, was I snapped out of my daydream.

"ARROGANT"- I finally managed to shout out after regaining my posture.

I looked around and realized how crazy I seemed to the passerby eye and mind.

I cleared my thought and started "Meryem we will win this, I promise you that we will."

"I know that we will. I know you won't let me down." She replied with a smile.

My eyes looked sideways into the turn he disappeared into. That arrogant squirrel!

You will see who will win in the end, oh you will see.

I walked out with my client, smiling at her ever now and then. I knew the case is still going but we are doing great. I smiled at her one last time before bidding her a good day.

The sun was getting warmer declaring it was around noon, I took a deep breath as the wind gently brushed against my cheeks. My favorite type of day sunny with a beautiful hint wind.

That arrogant squirrel!!!!

I will make him pay for this.

I took another deep breath in hopes I could shake him off my thoughts.

"Don't let that idiot ruin your moment or your day." I told myself.

I looked ahead, then crossed the road into the narrow path between the buildings ahead. I opened my bag and pulled out my white sneakers.
