Chapter 7: Greetings

Yin Lan POV

I returned back home and saw father with someone else.

Cheng: Yin Lan. Welcome back.

"I'm back."

Cheng: What happened at the border?

"I'll tell you after. I need to go change."

Cheng: Alright.

I headed to my room and took a bath.

I changed into a light pink hanfu and wore a white veil.

I headed down and greeted father.

I chuckled.

Cheng: This one is different from Chen.

I bowed and greeted him.

He finished and then looked at me.

Chen: Go ahead.

I then began moving.

I followed as he did it and leaned back to swing my sword. Then pinning my sword onto the ground and jumping on it to flip side ways with the sword coming from the ground and aiming at the enemy.

Then lean towards the side and lowering to kick.

Instead of moving backwards.

I used the sword and striked it forward before jumping behind and pointing the sword straight forward.

I then pulled the sword back behind me.

Chen: Very nice. Now let's see you use it on me.

He charged at me and I dodged it and striked him at his side. He dodged it and jumped behind me, while aiming the sword towards me.

Pinning the sword down. I jumped and kicked him in the chest and pushed him away.

I pulled my sword out and then used fast pace. I headed over and charged the sword at him. But he stopped it with his hands.

"Huh."

At this point. The princes and princess from Shu Hexin Wangguo came and was watching the scene.
