Chapter 6

Yay! I'm sorry it took soooooooo long, it's just that everything has been so hectic, anyways this chapter they sorta bag in the mission but I think in the next one they will actually start their adventure. So tell me what you think should happen? Team Jim or Bobbie? Or should I add somebody new?

Thanks guys!

-Marie!

She paused and looked at us, "Any questions?"

I stared at Cameron Easton's photo, or as I knew him, Daddy.

I couldn't think, I couldn't even mange to look somewhere else. My mission was to virtually hunt down a killer, and the AGE thought it was my dad. My biological dad. But they were probably right, my daddy was an assassin, he fed me, loved me, clothed me, and taught me how to kill people. What an awesome father right? Wrong. When I managed to look up, I realized Bobbie was staring at me and the others were getting up. I guess the meetings over.

......

Jim interrupted my thoughts by coughing, "Hey Amy, you ok? You've barley spoken a word since we left the apartment." We were sitting at the star bucks in the airport.

"Ya you're usually the one that can't shut up." said Bobbie laughing obviously trying to lighten the mood.

I just shrugged, "Nothings wrong." I lied.

They looked at me, with one of those looks that says, sure, ya, we totally believe you. Isn't sarcasm just fantastic?

"Look, I don't want to talk about it." I told them getting up and walking away. I wasn't sure where I was going until I noticed I reached my gate, 27 BA flight 229, it was boarding. Geez how long was I even walking around? I found my seat, in between Bobby and Jim.... Wow its going to be a totally awesome flight! Ha.... Ha..... Ha.... Doesn't the world have a sick way of laughing at you. Sitting down in my seat I muttered "England here we come."

..... (Sorry I keep skipping, Their at the apartment/house thing now, now in London )

"Ugh!" I said falling into my bed in the apartment, it had been along day. The flight actually wasn't that bad, Bobbie and Jim knew not to mess with me I'm upset and after we landed we got our bags and a cab, taking us to our new home. It was a skinny 2 story townhouse thing. When you are on a mission, the agency takes care of everything, including your 'snazzy accommodations.' I relaxed and thought about everything, I just..... I don't want to track down my dad, or even know what's going on in his life, I left himself behind 7 years ago for a reason an I don't want to go back and relive everything. It was too painful. Being a kid and growing up in my dads house was good, but it all changed when mama died. I felt like breaking down and running away again, but not today-no crying-I haven't since I left and I never will again. It is a sign of weakness and I am not weak.

There was a knock on the door, "hello?" I croaked out.

"Its Jim, let me in before I slam the door down." He called jokingly but I didn't laugh, I felt like I couldn't.

"Jim... Go away, it's been along day and I need to sleep." I called out sleepily, as I snuggled into my pillow.

"Fine Amy, But we will talk tomorrow." he said and then. I breathed a sigh of relief as I got into my bed.

....Amy's Dream......

The little girl twirled the gun around in her hand. Unlike all the other girls who were getting dresses and dolls for their birthday, she got a gun. Little Alex loved this present way more than the bear that came with it. Unlike the bear, this made her feel powerful and in control. She knew how to use it, why would her dad give it to her if she didn't?

She was a daddies girl, and loved him in every possible way that a daughter could and her father loved her the way a father should. He showered here with gifts and clothes but she never seemed to take to them, not the way she took to the guns. He guessed that she would carry on the family legacy and become an agent like him. Through and through she was more like him than her mother. He would never tell anyone, but he loved his daughter just a tad bit more than he loved his son. But above that, he loved his wife ten times more than anything. He could never afford to lose her.
