"When she found out she was pregnant she tried to contact me even more, even getting in contact with management. I'd told her I was with The Script and she tried for three weeks to get in contact with me. She gave up after the third week of being constantly being led around the corner. She tried one final time when he was born. She was told by George that I didn't want to talk to her ever again and didn't want anything to do with them." Glen told them as he saw the hurt on his parents face. God, George had screwed so many people over by his decision.

"The first time I talked to her she was in a hurry just have had that call. The second time, I was furious, believing that she'd kept my son away from me deliberately. she told me I had no right to come back in her life after telling her through a third person that I never wanted them. We said so many things we shouldn't have." Glen whispered the final bid as he dropped his head with a little shake.

"The third time I saw her she agreed after another argument that she'd let me see our son. It started from there really. We just told him last night that I was his dad." He told his mum and dad with a sheepish smile.

"What's his name? what does he look like? How is he?" his parents immediately started asking him as Glen let out a small relieved chuckle. "His name is Arthur." he started as he watched his parents grin.

"He's such a bright little boy, he's amazing, smart but that isn't a surprise with Kate as a mum." he chuckled, thinking of his hopefully soon to be family. "He looks a lot like me when I was young. Kate told me it was hard to forget me with a son who looked exactly like me," he informed his parents with a chuckle and shake of his head.

"Do you have a picture?" His dad wondered as Glen saw the emotions playing out across both his parent's faces. "Yes." he grinned, taking his phone out and showing them pictures of that very same day at the zoo. The three of them grinning at the camera.

"Oh my god Glen." His mother started to cry as his father wrapped his arm around his mum's shoulders. "I hope you guys took care of George?" His father asked him in a no-nonsense tone. "Yes, dad we fired him on the spot. he's not going to find another job in this business ever again. He's ruined his own career with this." Glen explained with a deep sigh.

"Good, you have a beautiful family son. When can we meet them?" His dad asked him as he gave them a small smile. "Not yet dad. She's giving me second chance, but we still have a long way to go till she fully trusts me," he told them and they agreed it was understandable for her to do that. He was happy they didn't push the blame into Kate's shoes for this though. She'd tried and done everything in her power to reach out to him.

"Well Arthur has school as well and she's busy with work. I'm going to be touring as well so we don't have a lot of time either. Arthur's got two weeks off of school in five weeks time." Glen told them but he got interrupted by his mother before he even finished.

"But that's still so long away." his mum objected. "I know mum." He told her with an understanding tone. He knew that they'd want to meet him as soon as possible when they found out about Arthur. "Well at least tell us a bit more about them. Arthur and Kate." his mum said, realising she'd have to agree to that till she actually met them.

"Well, Kate is the head curator of her department at the Natural History Museum in London. But her mentor is stepping down and she'll be the director of the museum within the month." he started, he was so proud of her for all that she'd accomplished since seeing her last. She had a brilliant career, a bright future ahead of her. The investments that she'd done had certainly paid off and she shouldn't even have to work anymore. But she loved her job so much she couldn't imagine not doing it.

"She's an incredible woman. Kind, bright, sweet, I can go on and on." he chuckled with a small shake of his head. "You'll see what I mean once you meet her." he elaborated as both his parents were listening attentively for the next two hours as he informed them how well Kate had done on her own with Arthur. The only thing he left out was how close she actually was with the Royal Family. The article from when the page boys came hadn't overdone it. They didn't know who the source was according to Kate but it was head-on. She truly was great friends with most of the British Royal Family.
