My Best friends' Brother

Part 1: my best friend

Chapter One:

Y/N's P.O.V

I was sleeping peacefully before I felt someone poking at my cheek.

I groaned and turned over and tried to cover myself when the covers were taken off of me.

"It's time to wake up!"

I groaned, "Tae, leave me alone."

All of a sudden, I felt a heavy weight on my body.

Is he seriously sitting on me right now?

"Get off of me, you toad!"

"Nope, not until you get up."

I sighed, "Fine."

The heavy weight was released off of me as I opened my eyes to see my best friend Tae, staring at me with a goofy look on his face.

"What do you want?", I asked, grumpy because he woke me up so abruptly.

"You have to go to summer class in...about 2 hours."

"2 hours?.. Really Tae?", I asked.

He started to pout when I glared at him, my eyes filled with anger and frustration.

I looked down and huffed, "You have three seconds to run."

His eyes suddenly widened as he took off for the door.

I got up from my bed, grabbed a pillow and started chasing him.

I knew he was hiding somewhere and I spotted a glimpse of his darkishblonde hair in the distance.

I smirked and called out, "Come out, come out, wherever you are."

I heard him shift slightly as I ran to the spot where he was at and started hitting him with the pillow in my hands.

He started yelling, "Okay! Okay! Get off of me!"

I hit him one last time before saying, "This is what you deserve for waking me up so early!"

"Aish.. this is not how you treat your bestfriend!"

Meet Taehyung: my best friend since I was 8 and him 9. He is a taurus. He can act bold but he can be sensitive too.We tell eachother everything and we don't have much boundaries.

Oh and me you ask?

I'm Y/N.

My horoscope is pisces which means I'm rather emotional and that I overthink A LOT.

I am now going into my freshman year of college this fall.

I am majoring in the Culinary Arts field because I have had a passion for it since I was really young.

Taehyung Is majoring in vocal and production.

Taehyung and I would always go back of the playground we had met on to get new ideas for songs/food/ etc..

It was our hang out spot, we could always find each other there when something was wrong.

Flashback

(10 years ago)

I was on the playground of my elementary school during recess when a boy named Jimin suddenly pushed me.

I was crying on the ground until a random boy walked up to me and said, "Are you okay?"

I looked up to see a concerned look on the boy's face.

The little boy who had helped me that day was Taehyung and we have been best friends ever since.

I always went over to his house and he did the same.

We would play with each other everyday.

His family were like my second family and so were mine to him.

We had never fought since we were little and we had always tried to keep each other happy no matter the situation.

3 years later

He was now 13 and his parents got divorced so him and his younger brother also got split apart.

Taehyung would stay at our house for weeks just crying and being comforted by my parents and me.

Taehyung lived with his dad till now but he was always welcome to our house as he was basically like family.

He had not seen his younger brother since then face to face but they would always facetime and keep each other updated like they were actually together.

Our parents would(still) joke around that when we were kids we were determined to marry each other.

Beginning of highschool

It was our first day in highschool.. The start of drama and the start of a bigger newer reality..

Highschool from what I remember was hectic..

Taehyung was one of the most good looking in our school with these other 6 " members"

I remember Jimin..

He isn't as mean as he was in elementary school.

He was actually really nice and would talk to me whenever I was struggling.

There was hoseok.

The sunshine.. He seemed to always be happy but there were also times where he wouldn't say a word esp when he drank.

There was Yoongi.. From what I remember he would always be sleeping in class and yet still have good grades. He was also known as the savage of the group.

There was Jin. basically the mom figure of the group and I, he would always take care of us and make us food with me

There was Namjoon. The smartest out of the whole school "always number 1" " always highest scores". Although he worked really hard for it. He is known as the peacemaker and leader of the group.

And lastly.. Jk. No one actually knew his real name but BTS, but I guess I didn't have the time to ask. He was known as the Golden Maknae. To me.. He was more shy and introverted but he was good at everything except math.

Us 8 would go everywhere together, they were like the brothers/friends I always wanted.

From what I remember taehyung and jk and jimin and I were the closest since we were closest of age, so we understood each other the most.

Even during highschool they would miss class for their music/ entertainment/ they were BTS.

I even helped them out backstage and would go to their concerts. 

Yet..We always told each other everything however.. Tae has always been a bit secretive about his siblings or just his personal life in general

I knew he had a younger brother named Jungkook the same age as me but I only remember his 10-13 year old face....

*I brush off my thoughts as I get ready for my summer classes.*

I sighed as I thought to myself, "I wish he could open up more."
