He's me mostly SeaWing partly IceWing child, Harp! He has an abusive mother, and he eventually dies during the SkyWing attack in the summer palace, chained to the ground. He is always constantly chained to the ground, and his mother forgot about him, and he was left to die. He also can't fly.
There is info on him, but it's in the darn YouTube video I can't post...
