  Darry didn't like to show alot of affection in your relationship since he saw himself as a mature role model for the gang so you were suprised when you saw what he planned for your anniversary. You were helping out in the Curtis's house while you waited for Darry to get home from work ,So, that you can celebrate your two year anniversary together, with the gang and some of his friends, but Darry was running late as usual so you didn't get mad when it was already 4:00pm and you were beginning to set the table as you realized he probably had to stay overtime to fix somebodys roof, "The foods ready." You called out to the boys as they came running to the table, you started to serve the table when suddenly a voice you reconized to well spoke up, "You started without us." Darry said as he walked into the dining room with some of his co-workers wearing what you could only dream he would wear.

"Sorry were late, but I did remember I have an anniversary to celebrate and I wanted to get something for my little darlin' over there." He said motioning his head in your direction with such confidence not caring if the whole gang was watching, Darry began to walk towards you untill he was only a few inches away from you, "Y/N Y/L/N, you have been with me through a lot even though you probably get frustrated with my work schedule or with my hard attitude towards the boys, You still help me with anything I need around the house or by helping take care of the gang, and I truly appreciate it all, beacause you and the gang are truly the only light to my day, wich is why I ask you," he paused to kneel down and take out a blue velvet box, "Will You Marry Me?" He asked as he opened the box revealing the most beautiful ring you'd ever seen,

"YES!" You exclaimed letting a tear slip as you wrapped your hands around Darry's neck. The whole gang along with Darry's friends howled with excitement as Darry slipped the ring onto your finger pronouncing you as future 'Mr. and Mrs.Curtis.
