twinkle was not able to concentrate on her studies as her mind was filled with thoughts of Kunj.. first heartbreaks usually ruins people like this.. she was frustrated, angry & annoyed with everything..

meanwhile phone call came, it was from Abeer ..

Twinkle- Ha papa boliye..

Abeer- betaa me na ek bht importnt patient ka file ghar chor ayaa hu kia tum le aogi.. dekhna mere drawer pr h..

twinkle- yaa offcourse.. me aty hu thori der me...

Twinkle went to his room and saw there was only one file..

Twinkle: yehi hoga shayed..!

she saw the patient name KUNJ RAICHAND..

twinkle frowned - Kunj Raichand? gosh.. I'm so doomed.. ab har jagah kunj ka hi naam dikh raha h.. ( looked at the file) seriously.. tumhara naam bhi kunj hona tha? kya tumne bhi kisi ko hurt kiya..

(she knows kunj as sarna so she dnt knw itz abeer's patient kunj is her kunj) .

Twinkle: uff.. me kya to bak rahi hu.. i gotta go... (left)

kunj was in doctors cabin..

Abeer - kunj i think tumhe kuch dino k liye hospital admit hojaanaa chahiye

kunj- no sir itz not possible..

Abeer sighs - well i can give u only suggestion.. rest tumhari life tum he decide karoge... meine medicine change kiye h tumhare n u have to have it properly on timee..

kunj smiled - jina to mujhe hoga he sir.. chahe vo kuch dino k liye he sahi.. so dnt worry i will have it..

kunj came out n went away but twinkle saw him.. she was frozed at her spot.. so many thoughts suddenly feared her.

Abeer - u can say a hole in heart.. which is now in a critical stage

twinkle gasped.. all the sudden weakness of kunj was falling at place..

Abeer - vo mujhse treatmnt kuch din se le ra h.. condition kafi critical h .. he needs treatmnt as soon as possible

twinkle - to.. to fir problem kahaa h..

Abeer sighs- he needs a heart transplant.. his heart has become so weak that now he need a heart transplant operation and for that we need a heart..
