9 Years.
That's how long it took to get over a boy.
Not just any boy. That boy was a friend. He looked up to me. I looked up to him. It took me 9 years to accept the fact that he's dead. I still cry myself to sleep knowing he's never coming back. It was hard to accept the fact that your only bestfriend is now gone for an unknown reason. How did he die? No one knows, his death is a mystery. They closed his case 5 years ago. It broke me, I knew they didn't even try to look for him but I stayed quiet. There was nothing I could do about it, we were 5 when he disappeared
-FLASHBACK-
"Come on Izuku-kun faster!" Y/n said while tugging on izukus hand
They were running to the park to play heroes
"Y/n-Chan can't we take a break?" Izuku said trying to catch his breath
"Heroes don't take breaks, we are almost there anyways" Y/N said with a big smile
Izuku nodded and catched up to her
They got to the park and ran to the playground to play but they saw Bakugou and his 'friends' were there
"Izuku-kun bakugou and his friends are there we should leave" Y/N said worried
"No we should just ask them if we can play there" Izuku said
"But they'll beat you up like last time"
"I'll fight back"
"But he's stronger than us" Y/N argued
"AllMight would never back down from a fight"
Y/N stayed quiet
She watched as Izuku walked towards bakugou and his friends, she had a bad feeling about this
As she waited she saw izuku on the ground about to get beatup but Y/N ran towards then and slapped Bakugou
they were so pissed "this is a waste of time let's just leave" bakugou said, leaving with his friends
"Izuku-kun are you ok?"
Izuku stayed silent
"Ya know allmight wou-"
"We aren't allmight!" Izuku snapped
"And I will never be like him maybe you will but I wont!"
"I-"
"Just leave me alone!" Izuku said running away
