Harry's POV

The summer following my trip to Spain is an absolute whirlwind. I'm barely recovered from my jetlag when I start my job a week after my trip. I was told the job was going to be at an up and coming startup, but when I get there, I realize the startup is funded by a much bigger corporation. In other words, I'm really working for a huge company at a corporate office with hundreds of people.

On my first day, I was tossed into a back room with a bunch of other interns and told I basically had to follow the commands of this woman named Lindsay who talked to me like I was a toddler despite the fact that she was only five years older than me.

"Hello there, Harry! Would you mind helping me with boxes today?" She said with a cheery smile before proceeding to leave me alone to lift 14 boxes and package another five.

This was supposed to be a social media internship. Not Box Carrying 101. I put my head down and huffed, reluctantly following her instructions.

Work consumed most of my life for most of the summer. But when I wasn't doing boring tasks in a giant cubicle office, I was hanging out with Louis, who was also working in the city.

We do a ton this summer, but most of our dates revolve around food. I don't mind - I love trying new foods. Sometimes it leaves me feeling guilty, but I've been working on it. I'm trying to gain back the weight I lost while in Spain, anyways, so it shouldn't matter so much.

My favorite restaurant so far is probably this place in Koreatown that we went to two weeks ago. I remember pouting and telling Louis I didn't really like chicken wings, but he kept insisting I was gonna like the ones here because they were 'diferent.'

"I dunno," I said, jutting out my bottom lip. "I'll just get the chicken wrap."

"Suit yourself," Louis replied with an eyeroll. He hadn't shaved in ages and his beard was thick and long, as was his hair. I had never seen Louis so scruffy, but I thought it looked adorable. Really made his bright blue eyes stand out even more. And if you looked close enough, you could see a few red beard hairs near the bottom of his chin.

Sure enough, a little while later when the wings arrived Louis asked if I want to try one. I shook my head fervently, biting into my less than stellar wrap.

"Are you sure you don't wanna try, Haz?" Louis asked, waving a wing at me.

"Mmm..... fine," I said, taking the wing reluctantly.

The minute it hit my lips, I was overcome with surprise and euphoria. It was fucking amazing.

"Oh my god, Louis," I said, my eyes flying open. "It's so good! Like such a good flavor, and it's so tender."

"See I told you," Louis said, reaching over and tickling my neck.

"Mm, fine," I replied, giggling. "You were right."

Throughout the course of the lunch, I proceeded to eat the majority of Louis' wings.

"See, you say you don't want it and you eat all of mine!" He laughed as we went to pay.

"Shhh. You didn't see anything," I had replied.

"So I know this place...." Louis started.

"Let's go!" I said jumping up and leaving the restaurant. He didn't have to finish his sentences. I knew him too well at this point.

Louis followed after me, hugging me from behind and pulling me back. "You don't know where the place is, silly," he giggled, forcing my hands behind my back and showering me with kisses.
