Liyah pov
Today was the day of my ultra sound to find out weather it was a girl or a boy. Melo & I get ready. Melo" how you feeling mamas". Liyah"good". We both get dress. I put on a skirt & a black off the shoulder blouse. My mom was gonna meet us at the doctors office. Melo"we're finally gonna be able to pick out the clothes & etc" liyah"I've been waiting on that for the longest"
*arrives at doctors office*
Nurse assistant "just in time dr.brown is ready for you"
We all follow the doctor to the back.
Dr.brown"good afternoon Aaliyah, how's the pregnancy going"
Liyah"going good so far"
Brown"lamelo,has she been moody lately "
Melo"oh yes & hungry"
Dr.brown"it's normal & it's still early"
She puts the ultrasound gel on me& start moving it around.
Dr.brown"there's the baby's mouth & nose"
Mom"it has Melos lips &your nose"
Dr"overall the baby is healthy & birth date will be on time"
Melo" so what's the gender"
Liyah"I'm nervous "
I hold Melo hand as she tells me
Dr"your baby will be a boy"
Melo"let's gooo"
Mom"I knew it"
Liyah"thank you doctor brown"
Mom"now I can finally buy more boy clothes"
Melo"now we have to pick out names"
Liyah"imma have a baby boy"
We leave the doctors office
Mom"I'll be over there tomorrow love you guys"
I let Melo drive.
Melo"hey lil fella, it's now 2 boys in the house,we're gonna drive mommy crazy"*as he rubs my stomach.
Liyah"he's going to be spoiled"
Melo"you know it"
We stop by target to get a few items
Melo" I can tell we're gonna be here a while
Melo goes on his phone"my son gonna be the cleanest one out here"
I go to the clothes section and get like 30 or more outfits for about 8 months. Then I went to look for some toys & finished off with pajamas.
We go to the register & our stuff was like 55 dollars. Melo" you so lucky I love you" as he pays for my stuff"
*skips car ride*
We put the stuff up in the baby room.
I had already had drawers in there so I put the clothes & pajamas away.
I go downstairs where Melo was playing fornite with Dre.
I text Kyle,Denise,Tina & lavar,gelo,Izzy,devin & Chris:
After a long wait we're happy to announce the new addition will be a boy! Still deciding on names 💓
Everyone was happy.
Melo rubs my stomach as he talks to my baby boy.
Moments like these made me grateful for the life I live💓
