They tell us we're asking for it.

Our skirts too short, our tops too low, our hair too long. But for this price, what did we actually do wrong?

Boys will be boys, no matter what they always get their right. Forget about those girls, even when they put up a fight.

We're supposed to be the weaker and the pretty ones, cute above all. We don't have a voice, just like a doll.

Only tall, long-haired, skinny girls are allowed. No one fat, short or those that are too loud.

Always being critiqued for our bodies, not like them. Who made this ideal of a femme?

Our beauty is defined by boobs and butt, it doesn't matter what the inside looks like. It's then that we also start to look alike.

They start to tell us to be ourselves, to be unique. There is always some sort of critique.

Boys will be boys, making up excuses. They should know nothing could ever make up for our scars and bruises.

Stop hurting us, stop judging us. We don't always have to have more and plus.

There seems to be no room for us: not when we're true to ourselves or when we're the same. So tell us: for what should we aim?

We don't want anymore shame, anymore guilt. That's not how we, human beings, are built.

This is a part of #FreeYourBody, a revolution for a new society where everyone can be who he or she desires to be - but mostly, where there's room for everyone to be themselves. This is a movement I support, what about you?
