A pair of hands slipped into his and before he could even look at her face, she started running and dragging him along. In shock, only a gasp left his lips as he unwillingly followed.

He watched the houses and trees pass by like a blur as they all became nothing but a simple bland colour. They were blocks away from where he was taken when she stopped. She was breathing heavily as she took her hand away and placed it on her chest trying to catch her breath.

He was also breathless but most of all he didn't how to react to the situation he was now in.

"You're welcome." She said finally. Kino's eyes widened not believing that this was what she had to say. "You were going to your girlfriend's house, right?"

"How'd you know that?" Was she a stalker?

"Your girlfriend's name is Selena, right?"

"That's her nickname. Her name is Yoon Bok. Wait- how do you know that? Are you a stalker?" He stepped back. She rolled her eyes, grabbing her ebony hair and tying it up in a ponytail.

"No, I'm a detective. I'm Nancy Drew, nice to meet you." She said in utter seriousness, her eyes glancing at the park they were standing in. She looked lost as if she'd never been in this area before.

"What?"

"I followed my boyfriend here."

"So?"

"I saw him with your girlfriend."

"Are- are you saying that she's cheating on me?"

"I'm telling you she is. You're lucky, you didn't see what I had to." Her eyes were watering but she quickly blinked them away.

"I don't believe you." But he knew she was right. He knew despite what he convinced himself, that she was telling the truth. He had doubted that Yoon Bok was cheating on him for a while now.

"They were having.. they were.." she stopped herself and looked at the sky instead. And suddenly Kino felt relieved he didn't have to see that with his own eyes. He suddenly felt empathy for the girl he was previously furious at.

"Should we go back and beat them up?"

"No. You can do what you want but I'm going to go home now." She said turning around but Kino grabbed her wrist.

"That's all? After finding your boyfriend fucking my girlfriend, you're just going home."

She shrugged.

"Come with me." She raised an eyebrow.

"You really don't have a say in this. Now, just follow me."
