In a flash, he caught my hand with his own and pulled me closer.
His lips pulled up into a teasing smirk, "Is that so, principessa?"
Heat surged to my cheeks, turning them crimson. "Yes. Yes, it is, Alessio." I tried to back up to put some space between us, but was unsuccessful in my attempt to wrestle my hand from his grasp. My eyes narrowed when I felt his chest shaking with laughter. "What the fuck is so funny?"
He shook his head, still laughing. "Oh, it's nothing," brushing a stray piece of hair away from my face. "It's just cute how flustered you are right now."
