Well, that was a hell of a ride, wasn't it?
As you can read, it is not over yet and will tie in with Infinity War.

I started this fanfiction already during my Bucky fanfiction (which you should check out in case you want to read my Infinity War fanfic where both, Eve and Aurora, will be the main characters). I got the idea of Aurora being Peter's half sister because I considered writing either a Guardians of the Galaxy or a Loki fanfic but I couldn't choose, so I was like 'Why not connect both?'. And I think this was my best decision ever.

While Eve was basically old-fashioned, insecure and an introvert, I wanted to write a character who would be the complete opposite. Aurora is a confident, bubbly, optimistic extrovert who loves adventure and barely knows fear which means she is really different from me. Yet, I really enjoyed writing her because I could still relate to her.

Also her relationship with Loki is different to Bucky and Eve's. Aurora and Loki are passionate and either fit too well together or not at all, they're the opposite of each other but also are sometimes the same. Eve and Bucky have this pure, infinite and secure kind of love where both complete each other. So this was new for me as well and also really entertaining to write.

Keep this fanfic in your library though! I'll still be posting some funny one-shots that you'll definitely enjoy ;) I mean, we have to know what happened during the four years before Ragnarok, right?
Well, that's it for now, enjoy some facts!

(1) Aurora and Yondu's relationship is so freaking important to me, he's basically her dad and raised her up with love like a real dad should do. I wish I could've included him more.

(2) Out of the Avengers, Aurora only knows Captain America and Voltricity well since her mother told her stories of them during her childhood. She only knows Tony Stark through Thor and now Bruce as well, but she has barely heard of Hawkeye or Black Widow since she only got to know them shortly before she left Earth again.

(3) I considered writing more chapters about Loki and Aurora being imprisoned (like even a murder attempt by a guard) but I realized that this would be too much since this is not the only focus of the story.

(4) A part of me, a huge part of me, wanted to include a Valkyrie and Aurora kiss because I just love them together but I had to remind myself that this is a Loki fanfic which exists to show him more love. Maybe I should start a Valkyrie fanfic (after all my other many ideas).

(5) Thor is the Captain of the Auroki ship, that's a fact.

(6) Out of the Guardians, Loki probably just gets along with Gamora, maybe Groot and sometimes Mantis. I imagine he, Peter and Rocket argue the whole time while he isn't fond of Drax's dullness. And he and Nebula would probably try to kill each other the whole time.

(7) I was scared, still am, that I didn't do Loki's character justice and made him too weak or too nice. He's such a complex character with many layers which I find amazing.

(8) Dorothy Reyes was a strong and fierce woman and feminist who was independent and deserved better.

(9) Aurora and Peter share a playlist on their iPods. It's called "Our Fatherfucking Awesome Mixtape". The name was obviously Aurora's idea.

(10) I almost completely included Tony in this story but I figured Happy would fit better since I already mentioned it in the Bucky fanfiction and he's underrated as hell.

(11) Aurora had basically three memories. One where she remembers her whole life, one where she doesn't remember anything and one where she only remembers her childhood.

(12) Aurora's personality is inspired by Anastasia from the movie Anastasia, Rapunzel from Tangled, Star from Star vs The Forces of Evil, Ty Lee from Avatar: The Last Airbender (especially the fighting style) and Emilia Clarke herself ❤️

(13) Aurora is canonically bisexual as you have noticed because... there's no reason, she's just bi, it's a part of her.
